前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件修改采用ISO7989⁃2:2021《钢丝和钢丝制品钢丝的有色金属镀层第2部分:锌或锌合
金镀层》。
本文件与ISO7989⁃2:2021相比,在结构上有较多调整,两个文件之间的结构编号变化对照一览
表见附录A。
本文件与ISO7989⁃2:2021相比,存在较多技术差异,在所涉及的条款的外侧页边空白位置用垂
直单线(|)进行了标示。这些技术差异及原因一览表见附录B。
本文件与ISO7989⁃2:2021相比,还做了下列编辑性改动:

本文件规定了圆形钢丝及其制品上的锌或锌铝合金镀层(锌⁃5%铝合金或锌⁃10%铝合金)的术语
和定义、技术要求、试验方法及检验规则。

3术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
锌或锌铝合金镀层钢丝wirewithzincorzinc⁃aluminumalloycoating
采用热浸镀工艺生产的首次涂覆锌或锌铝合金镀层的圆形钢丝。
3.2
锌或锌铝合金镀层zincorzinc⁃aluminumalloycoating
成分为锌或锌铝合金(锌⁃5%铝或锌⁃10%铝)的镀层。
3.3
单位面积镀层重量coatingmassperunitarea
裸露钢丝或其制品单位面积上的镀层重量。
注:单位面积镀层重量的单位为克每平方米(g/m2)。
4技术要求
4.1材料
4.1.1镀锌用锌锭应符合GB/T470—2008中Zn99.995、Zn99.99或Zn99.95的规定。
4.1.2镀锌⁃5%铝合金或锌⁃10%铝合金用锌铝合金锭的牌号及化学成分应符合YS/T310的规定。
