1范围

本文件规定了热等静压致密化处理的人员、环境、设备与仪表、工艺材料、工艺过程、质量控制、

文件控制、安全防护等要求。

本文件适用于铸造、增材制造、注射成型、喷射成型等工艺制备的内部含有气孔、疏松、缩孔、微

裂纹、偏析等缺陷制件的热等静压致密化处理。

环境

4.1热等静压厂房的条件应符合GB15735的要求。

4.2热等静压控制、监测机房应与厂房隔离。

5

设备与仪表

5.1设备

5.1.1热等静压设备的构成部件、骨架、加热元件和隔热部件等宜采用钼材(钼丝或钼条)、钢、镍基

合金或氧化铝等材料制作,也可根据需要采用石墨或石墨复合材料作为加热材料。

5.1.2热等静压设备应配备温度测量和监控仪器,每个加热区均应具有独立的温度控制回路。热等静压

设备的温度均匀性和测量周期应不低于GB/T9452—2023第5章中Ⅳ类炉的规定。

5.1.3热等静压设备的最高温度及最高工作压强应满足工艺要求。

5.1.4热等静压设备的升温速度、加压速度应可调节。
