前言
根据北京市市场监督管理局《关于印发2019年北京市地方标准制修订项目计划的通知》(京市监发
〔2019〕21号)的要求。编制组经广泛调查研究,认真总结实践经验,参考国内相关标准,并在广泛征求
意见的基础上,修订本规程。
本规程的主要技术内容是:1.总则;2.术语;3.基本规定;4.材料;5.地面防滑构造;6.基层要求与处
理;7.现浇防滑层施工;8.预制防滑层施工;9.环境保护及施工安全;10.验收。
本规程修订的主要技术内容是:
1增加了防滑等级的规定;
2补充增加了室内外各工程部位的防滑要求,并做了详细的划分和规定;
3补充增加了各类防滑层材料的规定,并归类;
4增加了地面防火要求;
5增加了弹性防滑地面;
6简化了施工工艺;
7增加了坡道防滑施工;
8增加了防滑带(条)施工;
9增加了环境保护和施工安全章节。
本规程由北京市住房和城乡建设委员会和北京市市场监督管理局共同负责管理,由北京市住房和城乡
建设委员会归口并负责组织实施,由北京城建科技促进会负责具体技术内容的解释。执行过程中如有意见

1总则
1.0.1为规范地面工程防滑施工及验收、保证工程质量,制定本规程。
1.0.2本规程适用于新建、改建和扩建的民用建筑工程室内外地面工程、市政设施人行地面工程的防滑施
工与验收。
1.0.3地面工程的防滑施工与验收除应符合本规程外,尚应符合国家及北京市现行有关标准的规定。

2术语
2.0.1防滑层slipresistancelayer
采用防滑材料或防滑构造使防滑性能达到规定要求的地面面层。
2.0.2静摩擦系数staticcoefficientoffriction
地面上处于静止的物体在受到逐渐增大的作用力过程中,产生滑动时的平行于地面的最大力与物体对
地面产生的压力的比值。
2.0.3阻滑值pendulumtestvalue
采用摆锤式阻滑值测定仪测得的测试面对摆锤的阻滑能力的数值。

3基本规定
3.0.1防滑地面构造应符合国家现行标准《建筑地面设计规范》GB50037、《住宅设计规范》GB50096、
《城镇道路路面设计规范》CJJ169及其他现行标准的规定。
3.0.2防滑地面工程除应符合防滑要求外,尚应符合其他相应设计要求。
3.0.3室内干态地面的防滑能力和防滑等级应采用干态静摩擦系数进行评价,并应符合表3.0.3-1的规定;
室外地面及室内潮湿地面的防滑能力和防滑等级应采用摆式阻滑值进行评价,并应符合表3.0.3-2的规定。

3.0.4地面防滑应根据工程需求进行防滑设计,内容包括:
1确定地面防滑指标及其它使用要求;
2确定采用现浇防滑地面还是预制制品防滑地面;
3选择防滑面层材料与配套材料;
4确定地面防滑构造。
3.0.5不同工程部位的防滑要求应符合表3.0.5-1、3.0.5-2的规定。
