接地导通电阻测试仪检定规程

1范围

本规程适用于交、直流接地导通电阻测试仪的首次检定、后续检定和使用中检验。本规程也适用于综合测试仪中的接地导通电阻测试部分的检定。本规程不适用于测量接地导体与大地之间电阻的接地电阻表及类似用途的接地电阻表的检定。

本规程引用下列文献:JF1059-199《测量不确定度评定与表示》JF1015-2002《计量器具型式评价和型式批准通用规范》GB/T4793.1-195《测量、控制和实验室用电器设备的安全要求,第一部分:通用要求》GB/T4706.1-198《家用和类似用途电器的安全通用要求》JF1001-1998《通用计量术语及定义》使用本规程时,应注意使用上述引用文献的现行有效版本。

3概述

接地导通电阻测试仪,是用于测量交流电网供电的电器设备(如家用电器、电动电热器具、医用电气设备及测量、控制和试验室用电气设备等)的可触及金属壳体与该设备引出的安全接地端(线)之间导通电阻的仪器。接地导通电阻测试仪是通过输出交流或直流电流,施加于被测试体的可触及金属壳体与其安全接地端(线)之间,并测量电流流过被测体所产生的压降,然后通过电压和电流之比得出被测试体的接地导通电阻值。它主要由电流源、电压测量、输出电流设置或调节、声光报警、指示装置等部分组成。按指示装置可分为数字式和模拟式。在本规程中将接地导通电阻测试仪简称为数字式测试仪和模拟式测试仪。
