前言
根据原北京市规划和国土资源管理委员会关于《北京市“十三五”时期北京市城
乡规划标准化工作规划》和原北京市质量技术监督局《关于印发2018年北京市地方
标准制修订项目计划的通知》(京质监发[2018]20号)的通知要求,规范编制组在深
入调查研究、认真总结现有工程经验及广泛征求有关单位和专家意见的基础上,制订
了本规范。
本规范共计13个主干部分的内容和相关的附录组成,主要技术内容有:1、总则;
2、术语和符号;3、基本规定;4、岩土分类;5、可行性研究勘察;6、初步勘察;
7、详细勘察;8、工法勘察;9、地下水;10、场地、地基的地震效应;11、工程周
边环境专项调查;12、岩土参数统计与地基承载力;13、勘察报告。
本规范由北京市规划和自然资源委员会负责管理,由北京市勘察设计研究院有限
公司负责具体技术内容的解释。在执行本规范过程中如有意见或建议,请寄至主编单

1总则
1.0.1为落实国家高质量发展与提高城市精细化管理水平的要求,做到安全适用、技
术先进、经济合理、保护环境、确保质量,制定本规范。
1.0.2本规范适用于北京市行政区域内城镇的道路、桥涵、隧道、综合管廊、室外管
道、给排水厂站、城市绿地、生活垃圾填埋场和堤岸等市政基础设施工程的岩土工程
勘察。
1.0.3市政基础设施工程应按基本建设程序进行岩土工程勘察。勘察工作应广泛搜
集、分析、利用已有资料和建设经验,针对市政基础设施工程特点、任务要求、岩土
条件和环境条件,精心勘察,提出资料完整、评价正确的勘察报告。
1.0.4市政基础设施工程勘察,除应满足本规范的规定外,尚应符合国家及北京市现
行有关标准的规定。

2术语和符号
2.1术语
2.1.1综合管廊utilitytunnel
建于城市地下用于容纳两类及以上城市工程管线的构筑物及附属设施。
2.1.2室外管道outdoorpipeline
室外敷设的给水、雨水、污水、再生水、天然气、热力、电力、通讯等地下管路
设施(不含工业管线)。
2.1.3给排水厂站watersupplyanddrainagefacilities
给水和排水系统的附属建(构)筑物的统称。
2.1.4城市绿地urbangreenspace
在城市行政区域内以自然植被、人工植被和水系、人工湿地为主要存在形态的用
地,包括城市建设用地内用于绿化的土地,以及城市建设用地之外的生态保护、游憩
休闲和社会文化等
