本标准的全部技术内容为强制性。

本标准等同采用国际标准CISPR11:2003((工业、科学和医疗((ISM)射频设备电磁骚扰特性的限

值和测量方法))(英文版)。

本标准代替GB4824-2001《工业、科学和医疗(ISM)射频设备电磁骚扰特性的测量方法和限值》。

本标准与GB4824-2001相比,主要变化如下:

a)增加了“放电加工(EDM)设备”、“弧焊设备”及有关的术语、定义和限值。

b)增加了要求工科医设备制造厂、供应商在产品上用标签或在技术文件中提出警示,标明并解

释设备的组别和类别。对适用于工业环境中的A类设备,必须告知用户,在非工业环境中使

用该设备时,要达到电磁兼容可能有潜在的困难。(见第4章和5.1.2.1)

。)表“4在试验场测量时,2组B类设备电磁辐射骚扰限值”中,增加了平均值限值,并加了说明,

指出平均值限值仅适用于磁控管驱动的装置,当其在某些频率超过准峰值限值时,应采用平均

值检波器进行重新测量。

d)增加了“表5b在试验场测量时,A类EDM设备和弧焊设备的电磁辐射骚扰限值”

e)增加了模“拟手”的结构原理、附图(见6.2.5和图6),以及正常工作时无接地的手提式设备用

模拟手进行测量的方法(见7.1.1),

f)增加了受试设备测量时对互连电缆的规定,一些特殊仪器设备在进行测量时不需要接信号线

(见6.4.1),

8)对弧焊设备,规定了在测量时用模拟的约定负载,由IEC60974-1。详细规定(见6.5.7).

h)增加了在30MHz--1GHz频段,可用替代辐射试验场进行辐射测量(见7.3).

D在附录A的2组设备中增加了“放电加工(EDM)设备”、“教育和培训用演示模型”、“高压特斯

拉变换器演示模型、皮带发电机等”。

与CISPR11:2003相比对于CISPR11;2003表1中的中心频率433.920MHz和915.000MHz,

由于我国不把它们指配给工科医设备使用,因此在本标准的表1中没有这两个频率。

本标准的附录C为规范性附录,附录A、附录B、附录D、附录E和附录F为资料性附录。

本标准由全国无线电干扰标准化技术委员会提出并归口。

电磁骚扰特性限值和测量方法

总则

1.1适用范围

本标准规定了第2章定义的工业、科学和医疗(ISM)设备(以下简称工科医设备)和放电加工

(EDM)与弧焊设备的电磁骚扰特性的限值和测量方法。

注:本标准中的限值是在考虑可能出现干扰的概率基础上制定的。如果发生干扰,则需采取附加抑制措施。

本标准规定了9kHz-400GHz频率范围内射频骚扰的限值和测量方法。

本标准亦适用于工作在工科医频段2.45GHz和5.8GHz的工科医((ISM)照明设备。

其他类型照明设备的要求见GB17743的规定。

下列文件中的条款,通过本标准的引用而成为本标准的条款。凡是注日期的引用文件,其随后所有

的修改单(不包括勘误的内容)或修改版均不适用于本标准,然而,鼓励根据本标准达成协议的各方研究

2定义

本标准除采用GB/T4365规定的定义外,还采用下列定义:

工科医设备ISMequipment;ISMappliance

为工业、科学、医疗、家用或类似目的而产生和(或)使用射频能量的设备或器具,但不包括应用于电

信、信息技术和其他国家标准涉及的设备。

2.2

电磁辐射electromagneticradiation[GB/T4365161-01-10口

a)能量以电磁波形式由源发射到空间的现象;

b)能量以电磁波形式在空间传播。

注:“电磁辐射”一词的含义,有时也可包括感应现象

受试设备的边界boundaryoftheequipmentundertest

指包含受试设备简单几何外形的假想直线界限,所有互连电缆都应包括在此界限内。

2.4

喀肠声click

幅值超过连续骚扰限值,持续时间不超过200ms并与下一个骚扰至少间隔200ms的骚扰。两种

时间间隔都与连续骚扰限值的电平有关。

一个喀ufb声可能包含一串脉冲,此时,相关时间是从第一个脉冲的起始到最后一个脉冲的结束。

2.5

放电加工(EDM)设备electr-odischargemachining(EDM)equipment

电火花腐蚀工艺所需的所有装置,包括机床、火花发生器、控制电路、加工用液体容器和组合件。

2.6

电火花腐蚀sparkerosion

在两个导电极(加工用具电极和工件电极)之间,利用放电在电介质加工液中切削材料。放电是间

断地并随机地分布在空间,且放电能量受到控制。

2.7

弧焊设备arcweldingequipment

应用电流和电压的设备,具有适于弧焊和类似工艺所需要的特性

弧焊arcwelding

焊接的热量来自电弧或弧光的熔焊。

3工科医设备使用的频率

我国指配给工科医设备作为基波频率使用的频率,详见表1,

4工科医设备的分组与分类

工科医设备的制造厂或供应商应保证用标签或设备文件的形式告知用户该设备所属的组别和类

别此外,制造厂或供应商还应在设备文件中说明组别和类别的含意。

注:工科医设备分组分类举例参见附录A

4.1分组

1组工科医设备(以下简称1组设备)

为发挥其自身功能的需要而有意产生和(或)使用传导祸合射频能量的所有工科医设备。

2组工科医设备(以下简称2组设备)

包括放电加工(EDM)和弧焊设备,以及为材料处理而有意产生和(或)使用电磁辐射射频能量的所

有〔科医设备。

不构成独立的工科医功能的元件和组件不在本标准的试验要求和限值范围之内。

4.2分类

A类设备

非家用和不直接连接到住宅低压供电网设施中使用的设备。

A类设备应满足A类限值。

注1:不满足A类限值,但对无线电业务并不造成难以接受的降级的A类设备,须以个案申请并经国家无线电管理

机构批准后方可使用。

注2:虽然A类限值是用于工业和商业,但凡是有了必要的附加抑制措施,管理机构可以允许在家用设施或直接连

接家用供电网的设施上安装和使用A类设备。

B类设备

家用设备和直接连接到住宅低压供电网设施中使用的设备。

B类设备应满足B类限值。

5电磁骚扰限值

A类工科医设备可由制造厂提出在试验场或现场测量。

注:由于受试设备本身的大小、结构复杂程度和操作条件等因素,某些工科医设备只能通过现场测量来判定它是否

符合本标准规定的辐射骚扰限值。

B类工科医设备应在试验场进行测量。

下列设备的骚扰限值在考虑中:

—螺柱弧焊设备和用于引弧和稳弧的弧焊装置;

放射设备;

外科用射频透热设备。

表2一表9中的限值适用于表1中未包括的所有频率上的各种电磁骚扰。

在过渡频率上应采用较小的限值。

工作在工科医频段2.45GHz和5.8GH‘的工科医照明设备,采用2组B类工科医设备的限值。

5.飞端子骚扰电压限值

受试设备应:

1)同时满足用平均值检波接收机测量时所规定的平均值限值和用准峰值检波接收机测量时所规

定的准峰值限值(见6.2):或者

2)用准峰值检波接收机测量时满足平均值限值(见6.2)

信号线的骚扰电压限值在考虑中。

5.1.19kHz-150kHz颇段

GB4824-2004/CISPR11:2003

在9kHz-150kHz频段,除感应炊具外,设备电源端子骚扰电压限值还在考虑中。

在现场测量的2组A类工科医设备没有规定限值,除非本标准中另有规定。

5.1.2150kHz-30MHz频段

5.1.2.1连续骚扰

设备在试验场测量时使用CISPR16-1规定的5041/501}H人工电源网络或电压探头(见6.2.3和图

4)a150kHz-30MHz频段内的电源端子骚扰电压限值在表2a和表2b中规定,但表1指配给工利一医

在现场测量的2组A类工科医设备没有规定限值,除非本标准中另有规定
