前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件是GB/T45788《金属材料电阻焊质量要求》的第1部分。GB/T45788已经发布了以
下部分:
─第1部分:完整质量要求;
─第2部分:基本质量要求。
本文件修改采用ISO14554﹘1:2013《焊接质量要求金属材料的电阻焊第1部分:综合质量要
求》。
本文件与ISO14554﹘1:2013的技术差异及其原因如下:
—用规范性引用的GB/T12467.1替换了ISO3834﹘1,以适应我国实际技术情况,增加可操作性
(见第3章);
—删除了对于焊接协调员相关要求的条款以适应我国实际技术情况;
—删除了对于电极标识要求的条款,以便于国内实际应用。
本文件做了下列编辑性改动:
—为与现有标准协调,将标准名称改为《金属材料电阻焊质量要求第1部分:完整质量要求》;
—更改6.4的条标题为焊接责任人员;
—附录A中删除了对于焊接责任人员和焊接程序批准的解释性表述;
—删除了参考文献。

引言
GB/T45788《金属材料电阻焊质量要求》专门针对金属材料电阻焊的质量要求进行了详细规定。
涵盖了电阻焊的各个方面,从合同和设计评审、分包服务、焊接人员、检查测试和检验人员、焊接设
备、焊接及相关活动,到焊接电极和辅具、母材储存、热处理、检查和测试、不符合项和纠正措施、设
备校准、标识、质量记录等,均进行了全面而系统的规范。
GB/T45788还为制造商建立了一套完善的焊接质量管理体系提供了指导。通过遵循这些标准,制造
商可以确保其生产的电阻焊焊接构件符合技术法规和客户要求,提高产品的市场竞争力和客户满意度。
同时,该系列标准也可以作为考察供应商焊接能力和质量控制水平的重要依据。
GB/T45788分为两个部分。
—第1部分:完整质量要求。目的在于规范金属材料车间及现场电阻焊接生产的完整质量要求和
记录。
—第2部分:基本质量要求。目的在于规范金属材料车间及现场电阻焊接生产的基本质量要求和
记录。

第1部分:完整质量要求
1范围
本文件规定了金属材料电阻焊的完整质量要求,包括合同和技术评审、分承包、人员、设备、焊接
及相关活动、焊接电极和辅具、母材贮存、热处理、与焊接相关的试验检验、不符合项及纠正措施、设
备校准、标识和质量报告等。
本文件适用于金属材料车间及现场的焊接完整质量要求。附录A给出了金属材料电阻焊焊接完整质
量要求和基本质量要求的对比表。
2规范性引用文件
下列文件中的内容通过文中的规范性引用而构成本文件必不可少的条款。其中,注日期的引用文
件,仅该日期对应的版本适用于本文件;不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用
于本文件。

3术语和定义
GB/T12467.1界定的术语和定义适用于本文件。
4合同评审和技术评审
4.1通则
为确保在工作开始前,进行生产操作所需的信息完整、可行,制造商应对合同要求和用户提供的设
计方案或制造商设计的内部施工数据进行评审。制造商应确认其具备焊接合同中要求的所有能力,并确
保对所有质量控制点进行充分规划。
制造商对合同进行评审,以确认:
—其具备满足所有要求的能力;
—相关文件清晰、准确、无争议;
—具有足够的资源来保证及时供货。
制造商宜确保合同与先前报价文件之间的差异被清楚标识,并让用户了解可能引发的程序、成本或
工程方面的所有变化。
在合同评审时(或之前)应考虑的典型款项见4.2。技术评审一般包括4.3中所列款项,在制造商不
负责设计的情况下,进行合同评审时宜包含4.3中所列款项。应确保用户已提供所有相关信息。
在尚未形成合同的情况下,要求制造商在进行技术评审(见4.3)时考虑4.2中的款项。
