大型溞繁殖毒性试验技术规程
1范围
本文件规定了大型溞繁殖试验的环境条件、仪器和设备、培养基、试验方法、质量保证与质量控制、
数据处理等。
本文件适用于湖南省实验室内大型溞繁殖毒性试验。

3术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
亲溞ParentAnimals
试验开始时用于繁殖的雌溞。
3.2
幼溞Offspring
试验期间亲溞所产的溞。
3.3
死亡Mortality
溞体不能游动,或轻晃试验容器,15s内溞的附肢或后腹部也未见活动。
4环境条件
4.1光照
每天光照16h,光照强度不超过1500lx。
4.2温度
试验的温度在18~22℃范围内。对于同一个试验,温度变化不得超过2℃。

4.3溶解氧
试验开始与试验期间,溶解氧浓度应大于3mg/L。
4.4pH
pH在6~9的范围内。正常情况下,任何一个试验中pH值的变化不应大于
