前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件是GB/T43133《运输包装可重复使用的塑料周转箱》的第2部分,GB/T43133已经发布
了以下部分:
—第1部分:通用要求;
—第2部分:试验通用规范。
本文件修改采用ISO18616﹘2:2016《运输包装可重复使用的硬质塑料周转箱第2部分:试验
通用规范》。
本文件与ISO18616﹘2:2016相比,在结构上有较多调整。两个文件之间的结构编号变化对照一览
表见附录A。
本文件与ISO18616﹘2:2016的技术差异及其原因如下:
—更改了范围中的适用界限(见第1章),以适用于通用塑料箱,不对特殊用途塑料箱的使用进
行规定;
—增加了规范性引用的GB/T4122.1、GB/T4122.4和GB/T4122.5(见第3章),删除了规范
性引用的ISO21067(见ISO18616﹘2:2016第3章),用规范性引用的GB/T43133.1替换了
ISO18616﹘1(见第3章),用规范性引用的GB/T4892替换了ISO3394(见4.2.2),用规范
性引用的GB/T4857.1替换了ISO2206(见5.1.4),用规范性引用的GB/T4857.2替换了
ISO2233(见5.2),用规范性引用的GB/T4857.5—1992的第4章和5.6替换了ISO2248(见
6.3.1),用规范性引用的GB/T4857.3—2008的5.2.2和第8章替换了ISO2234(见6.4.2),以
适应我国国情,提高可操作性;
—将“塑料箱不应出现可见的改变或损坏,如裂缝或凹陷。不应出现降低箱体功能的变形”更改
为“塑料箱应无降低箱体功能的变形或损坏,如裂缝或凹陷”(见4.3),以明确塑料箱形状
稳定性的要求,提高可操作性;
—更改了试验对塑料箱的记录要求(见5.1.2),以增加可操作性;
—增加了试验载荷的计算公式以及“仲裁检验时,安全系数应取1.5”的要求(见5.3.1),以提
高适用性;
—增加了外观的试验方法(见6.1),以提高可操作性;
—增加尺寸和质量的试验方法,将结果计算由样品的“平均值”更改为各样品“分别计算”(见
6.2),以提高可操作性,符合我国技术条件;
—增加了底部挠度试验的试验过程描述以及相关设备的精度要求(见6.5.2),提高可操作性。
本文件做了下列编辑性改动:
—标准名称更改为“运输包装
可重复使用的塑料周转箱
第2部分:试验通用规范”;
—将条标题“尺寸”更改为“尺寸和质量”(见4.2);
—更改了条标题(见5.3.2),以与试验名称保持一致;
—更改了条标题(见5.3.3),以与试验名称保持一致;
—增加了标引说明,更改了图题(见图1、图3);
