本标准是对GB/T10992-1989《静电复印机》的修订。根据各类复印机的功能和用途,采取GB/T
10992.1-1999静《电复印机文件复印机》,GB/T10992.2-1999((静电复印机便携式复印机》、
GB/T10992.3-1999《静电复印机工程图纸复印机)..}·…的顺序编制;根据复印机技术进步和国际化
发展趋势,在技术内容上作了调整和充实;在编写格式上与GB/T1系列标准要求一致。
本标准的附录A是标准的附录。
本标准自生效之日起,同时代替GB/T10992-1989,JB/T8269-1995,ZBN47001-1987,
本标准由全国复印机械标准化技术委员会提出并归口。
本标准由全国复印机械标准化技术委员会负责解释。

范围
本标准规定了工程图纸静电复印机产品的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输、贮存。
本标准适用于采用干式显影剂的工程图纸静电复印机(以下简称复印机),其他类型的工程图纸复
印机可参照使用。

定义
本标准采用下列定义。
3.1工程图纸复印机engineeringcopiers
复印幅面在A3以上,工类防电击保护的静电复印机。
3.2最大复印用纸宽度maximumwidthofthecopypaper
工程图纸复印机所使用的最大复印纸宽度
3.3最大复印长度maximumcopylength
工程图纸复印机每次可复印出的最大复印长度。
3.4最大输纸偏斜量maximumtransportdeviationmeasurement
复印机在输纸过程中,在输纸方向上单位长度(m)纸张两侧偏离起始位置的间距(mm).
3.5印品异常abnormalimageonthecopy
在有效幅面内,印品上出现的比原稿多余的图像、与原稿有明显差异的图像以及油污和散落的显影
剂。
3.6最大复印品幅面maximumcopysize
复印机可用的最大复印纸规格。
本标准采用的其他复印专业术语及定义按GB/T13963的规定。
技术要求
4门图形符号
产品各部位使用的与安全有关的图形符号应符合JB8616的规定,其他图形符号应符合
GB/T17712的规定。
4.2产品工作条件
4.2,工作电压与频率
电压:220V士22V或380V士38V;频率:50Hz
产品应在该条规定的条件下能正常工作,复印品质量应符合表1规定
4.2.2工作环境条件
a)温度:10C-33-C;
b)相对湿度:30%-800oo
4.3耐运输、贮存环境性能
产品在包装条件下应能承受表2中规定的试验,试验结束后,打开包装,设备应完好无损;或按
JB/T9329规定产品应能承受汽车进行150km三级路面公路的运输试验各项技术指标满足本标准要
求。
4.4外观质量
4.4.1零件应进行必要的防锈处理。产品电镀涂覆层和化学、油漆涂覆层的质量指标和要求在企业标
准中规定
4.4.2塑料件表面应平整、光滑、色泽均匀,不得有裂纹、气泡、缩孔等缺陷。
4.4.3所有构件应完整无损、连接可靠、紧固件无松动现象。
4.5安全性能
4.5.1抗电强度
整机两根供电线与地线之间施加50Hz,1500V电压经60s后无击穿。
4.5.2电源插头、插座或电线组件
申MME,播座的ffli式和标志、申源软线的类型应符合GB1002,GB2099.1以及GB15934的要

4.5.3接地性能
整机的接地性能应符合JB8616-1997中的5.6的要求。
4.5.4安全联锁装置
整机的安全联锁装置应符合JB8616-1997中5.7.1的要求
