前言
本标准是对GB/T10992-1989《静电复印机》的修订。根据各类复印机的功能和用途,采取
GB/T10992.1-1999静《电复印机文件复印机》,GB/T10992.2-1999静《电复印机便携式复印
机》,GB/T10992.3-1999《静电复印机工程图纸复印机))..·…的顺序编制;根据复印机技术进步和国
际化发展趋势,在技术内容上作了调整和充实;在编写格式上与GB/T1系列标准要求一致。
本标准的附录A是标准的附录。
本标准自实施之日起,同时代替GB/T10992-1989,JB/T8269-1995,ZBN47001-1987.
本标准由全国复印机械标准化技术委员会提出并归口。
本标准由全国复印机械标准化技术委员会负责解释。

1范围
本标准规定了便携式静电复印机产品的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输、贮存
本标准适用于整机产品的设计和制造要求及质量检测,不考虑与其相关网络、相连设备的技术要
求,以及整机安装和维修的责任问题。
本标准适用于干式显影剂、普通纸静电复印机—便携式复印机(以下简称复印机)。其它类型的便
携式复印机可参照使用

定义
本标准采用下列定义。
3门便携式复印机potablecopiers
A3幅面以下,II类或g类防电击保护的复印机,或手持式、方便携带的(不考虑防电击保护等级)复
印机。
3.2印品异常abnormalimageonthecopy
在有效幅面内,印品上出现的比原稿多余的图像、与原稿有明显差异的图像以及油污和散落的显
影剂。
3.3最大复印品幅面maximumcopysize
复印机可用的最大复印纸规格。
3.4停机纸路故障stoppingmalfunctionofpaperpath
复印机运行中因机内供纸空送、卡纸而引起的停机现象。
3.5不停机纸路故障non-stoppingmalfunctionofpaperpath
复印机运行中出现多张、折角、撕裂和严重皱折但没有引起停机的现象。
本标准采用的其他复印专业术语及定义按GB/T13963的规定。
技术要求
4.1图形符号
产品各部位使用的与安全有关的图形符号应符合JB8616的规定,其他图形符号应符合
GB/T17712的规定。
4.2产品工作条件
产品在下列条件下应能正常工作。
4.2.1工作电压与频率
a)额定工作电压:220V士22V;
额定工作电压范围应包含220V;
b)频率:50Hz.
4.2.2一般工作环境条件
a)温度:100C^-33`C;
b)相对湿度:30%一800o
4.2.3最佳印迹工作环境条件
最佳印迹工作环境条件及产品在此条件下复印品应达到的最佳值,可在企业标准中自行规定。
4.3耐运输、贮存环境性能
产品在包装条件下应能承受表3中规定的试验。试验结束后,打开包装,设备应完好无损,各项技术
指标满足本标准要求。
4.4外观质量
4.4.1零件应进行必要的防锈处理。产品电镀涂覆层和化学、油漆涂覆层的质量指标和要求在企业标
准中规定。
4-4.2塑料件表面应平整、光滑、色泽均匀,不得有裂纹、气泡、缩孔等缺陷
4.4.3所有构件应完整无损、连接可靠、紧固件无松动现象。

4.5安全性能
4.5.1抗电强度
产品可以是采用双重绝缘或加强绝缘保护措施的II类或n类防电击保护机器。当采用II、.类防电
击保护时抗电强度应符合双重绝缘或加强绝缘的要求,整机两根供电线与地线之间施加50Hz,3000V
电压后经605后无击穿。
4.5.2电源插头、插座或电线组件
电源插头、插座的型式和标志、电源软线的类型应符合GB1002和GB2099.1及GB15934的
要求
4.5.3接地性能
整机的接地性能应符合JB8616-1997中5.6的要求。
4.5.4安全联锁装置
整机的安全联锁装置应符合JB8616-1997中5.7.1的要求。
4.5.5对地漏电流
整机的对地漏电流应<3-5mA
4.5.6用户安全资料
用户安全资料应符合JB8616-1997中4.3的要求
4.5.7安全标记
整机上的安全标记应符合JB8616-1997中4.4的要求。
4.5-8稿台温度
整机的稿台温度应簇80'C。
4.5.9电源容差运行安全
电源容差为额定电压的士10%或额定电压范围上、下限的士10%。在该条件下复印机工作30min
内,应安全可靠地运行。
4.5.10输入电流
整机在额定电压及正常负载条件下,其稳态输人电流的偏差不应超过额定电流的loooe
4.5.11结构要求
整机操作人员接触区的棱缘或拐角应倒圆或磨光。在棱缘或拐角处应不存在突变的不连续点。
4.6一般性能
4.6.1按GB/T16981的规定,复印机一般性能的主要项目为预热时间(启动时间)、首张复印品时间、
复印速度、最大原稿幅面、最大复印品幅面、复印空白边
a)预热时间
额定值在企业标准中自行规定。
b)首张复印品时间
额定值在企业标准中自行规定。
c)复印速度
额定值在企业标准中自行规定
d)最大原稿幅面
额定值在企业标准中自行规定。
e)最大复印品幅面
最大复印品按GB/T148规定,A组中A3,A4两种为优选幅面。
f)复印空白边
额定值在企业标准中自行规定
4.6.2面板操作与显示功能
GB/'r10992.2-1999
控制面板上的各种操作与显示功能,应显示清晰正确,操作灵便可靠,正确执行无误。
4-了运行考核
4.7.1运行考核试验中,不应出现机械和电气故障。运行时间及复印量应符合表1的规定。
4.7.2停机纸路故障和不停机纸路故障分别以考核时间内故障次数与运行考核复印总张数的百分比
表示。技术指标应符合表1的规定。

注:复印量额定值=机器额定复印速度X运行时间。
4.8电压波动运行
复印机在额定负载时,电压波动运行试验中,将电源电压调到额定值的1100o,或额定范围上限值
的11000,以及调至电源额定值的90%或额定范围下限值的9000,复印品质量应满足表2中图像密度、
底灰、分辨力、定影牢固度等4个项目的质量要求。整机在运行中应无机械、电气故障。
4.9可靠性要求
产品的可靠性按JB/T50037-1999第4条要求,以平均无故障复印量(MCBF)>1500张评价。
4.10环境保护要求
4.10门噪声
产品在工作期间产生的噪声应-<65dB(A),
4.10.2臭氧
臭氧的最高浓度限值不超过。.3mg/m'
4.10.3粉尘
不含有毒物质粉尘的最高浓度限值不超过10mg/m',
4门1复印品质量
4.11.1复印机在运行考核试验中抽取的复印品质量应符合表2的规定。
