1范围

本文件规定了海上油气生产设施水文气象观测系统的选址、观测要素、系统组成、仪器安装、试运

行管理、接收岸站的要求。

本文件适用于在海上油气生产设施上新建或升级改造的水文气象观测系统。

下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

在海上油气生产设施上建设的自动采集、存储、处理、传输水文和气象要素的系统。

4选址

海上油气生产设施水文气象观测系统的选址应符合以下要求:

a)交通、通信、维护维修条件较好;

b)具有区域代表性、稳定性且能反映区域环境要素特征;

c)具备安装水文气象观测系统的条件;

d)应按照现场踏勘、绘制设计图、图纸确认、形成评估文件、选址确认等程序开展选址工作。
