前言
本标准是根据国际标准化组织颁布的标准ISO9104:1991(第一版)"Measurementoffluidflowin
closedconduits-Methodsofevaluatingtheperformanceofelectromagneticflow-metersforliquids”而
制定的,在技术内容和编排方式上与国际标准等同。
关于标准名称,原标准是封《闭管道中流体流量的测量液体电磁流量计性能的评定方法》,该名称
不甚妥切。首先,电磁流量计只能用于液体(或含有适量固相的液体),因此后面的“液体”一词可略去;至
于前面的“流体”,对于电磁流量计来说既已明确是“液体”,且必须是导电液体,因此采用“导电液体”一
词取代“流体”。这样本标准的名称就定为《封闭管道中导电液体流量的测量电磁流量计的性能评定方
法》。这一名称,同GB/T18660-2002的名称完全对应一致。
关于ISO9104中规定“参比标准系统的精确度等级至少应优于被测装置精确度等级的三倍”问题,
考虑到现实实际情况,本标准附加了“如参比标准系统优于被测装置的精确度等级二倍时,则应考虑参
比标准系统本身的误差因素,予以修正”的提示。
在引用标准及条文中提到的有关国际标准,凡已被我国采用而制定为国家标准的,均列出国家标准
的代号和名称;凡尚未制定为国家标准者,一律用原ISO标准代号。
本标准的附录A是提示的附录。
本标准由中国机械工业联合会提出。
本标准由全国工业过程测量和控制标准化技术委员会归口。

常是由ISO各技术委员会进行的。对已建立了技术委员会的研究主题感兴趣的每一个成员团体都有权

引言
本标准规定的评定方法是供制造厂用以判定他们的产品的性能,并可供使用者或独立的试验机构
来检验制造厂产品的技术性能,以及论证应用的适用性。
本标准里规定的试验条件,例如环境温度范围和电源,代表了使用期间通常出现的试验条件。因此,
在制造厂未指定其他值时应采用本标准里所规定的值。
本标准规定的这些试验,未必能满足对于那些为特殊的恶劣工况条件下工作而特别设计的仪表。一
个限定的系列试验对于在有限条件范围内运行而设计的仪表可能是合适的

1门本标准推荐了用于测量充满封闭管道中导电液体流量的电磁流量计性能评定的试验方法。它规定
了当流量计受到某种影响量影响时检验其性能特征的统一程序和描述性能测量结果的表示方法。
注:如不需要根据本标准作全面评定时、那么对需要做的试验应根据本标准的相关部分进行试验、并记录试验
结果
1.2本标准只适用于工业用管装式电磁流量计,它不适用于插人式流量计、液态金属流量计和医用流
量计。然而,若经制造厂与用户或评定团体之间认同,所规定的某些试验可以适用于上述仪表。

本标准采用GB/T17611中的定义和下列定义。
3.1电磁流量计electromagneticflowmeter
产生一个与流动方向相垂直的磁场,可从导电液体在磁场中运动所产生的感应电动势推导出流量
的流量计。电磁流量计由一次装置和一个或多个二次装置组成。
