前言

本规程为推荐性标准。

根据北京市质量技术监督局《关于印发2012年北京市地方标准制修订项目计划的

通知》京质监标〔2012〕136号的要求,由北京市建筑工程物资协会会同北京市建筑材

料质量监督检验站为主编单位,会同有关单位共同编制本规程。编制组广泛听取专家意

见和调查研究,认真总结了近些年来地面辐射供暖防水施工的经验和教训的基础上编制

了本标准。

本标准内容为:

1总则、2基本规定、3材料、4构造、5施工、6质量验收、附录。

本规程由北京市建设工程物资协会、北京市建筑材料质量监督检验站共同提出并编

写。

本规程由北京市住房和城乡建设委员会、北京市质量技术监督局共同负责管理,本

规程由北京市住房和城乡建设委员会归口并负责组织实施,北京市建设工程物资协会负

责解释。

1总则

1.0.1为规范地面辐射供暖工程防水的施工和验收,做到技术先进、经济合理、环保安

全、确保防水施工质量,制定本规程。

1.0.2本规程适用于新建扩建和改建的公共与民用建筑的起居室、客厅、办公室和卫生

间、浴室、厨房等采用热水地面辐射的供暖工程防水施工和验收。

1.0.3地面辐射供暖工程防水施工和质量验收除应遵照本规程的规定外,尚应符合现行

国家和北京市有关标准的规定。

2基本规定

2.0.1地面辐射热水供暖工程防水施工应遵循因地制宜、安全环保、经济合理的原则,

其设计、施工和验收应符合现行行业标准《住宅室内防水工程技术规程》JGJ298的规定。

2.0.2地面辐射热水供暖工程防水施工应根据建筑设计要求确定,选用符合环保要求的

防水材料和工程做法。

2.0.3在卫生间、浴室、厨房等部位应采用上、下层均设置防水层,验收时应进行蓄水

试验。

3材料

3.1一般规定

3.1.1地面辐射供暖工程防水采用的防水材料宜选用防水涂料、聚合物防水砂浆、砂浆

防水剂和防水卷材等,上述材料的规格型号应符合设计要求,材料性能应符合现行国家、

行业和北京市地方标准规定。

3.1.2地面辐射供暖工程选用的防水材料,其有害物质限量应符合现行国家标准和北京

市地方标准的相关规定。各类无机类防水材料的放射性应符合《建筑材料放射性核素限

量》GB6566的规定。

3.2材料性能

3.2.1聚合物乳液防水涂料应符合现行行业标准《聚合物乳液建筑防水涂料》JC/T864

的规定。

3.2.2单组份聚氨酯防水涂料应符合现行国家标准《聚氨酯防水涂料》GB/T19250的规
