水稻品种耐迟收性状鉴定技术规程
1范围
本文件规定了水稻品种耐迟收性状鉴定的方法、分类、对提供鉴定品种的要求、病虫害防治等技术
要求。
本文件适用于对一季晚稻、晚稻品种、种质耐迟收性状鉴定和耐迟收水稻品种、种质筛选。

下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
耐迟收性状post-maturationsustainabilitycharacter,PMScharacter
水稻完熟期后14d,稻米产量、品质较完熟期收割无显著影响,且适宜能机械收割的性状,包括
植株倒伏性、籽粒落粒性及穗发芽性。
3.2
倾斜角度lodgingangle
成熟期植株向地面倾斜的角度。
3.3
落粒率grainpercentage
落粒数占总粒数(包括实粒数、空瘪粒数)的百分比。
3.4
穗发芽率paniclegerminationrate
发芽粒数占实粒总数的百分比。
4鉴定方法
4.1鉴定圃管理
4.1.1鉴定圃选择
鉴定圃应选择在土壤肥沃、肥力均匀,灌溉方便、田形周正、田面平整的水稻种植区。

4.1.2参鉴品种分类
参鉴品种相应信息填入附录A,并根据生育期分一季晚稻组、晚稻中熟组、晚稻迟熟组。
4.1.3育苗
参鉴品种编号后,按正常季节播种育秧。秧龄期不超过25d。
4.1.4田间管理
移栽前做好排灌沟、田埂并覆膜,高度为15cm~20cm。移栽时,杂交稻每蔸插2粒谷苗,常规
稻每蔸插3粒谷苗;田块周围插4行保护行。肥料管理与常规生产一致。80%籽粒成熟时排水晒田。
记录第1个品种80%成熟后30d内的主要气象因子,记入附录B;记录每个水稻品种的生育期,记
入附录C。
4.2性状调查
4.2.1倾斜角度
待鉴水稻品种90%以上籽粒成熟后第14d,在非边行随机选取茎秆与地面垂直线偏离最大的10
株(穴),利用角度尺测量有效茎茎秆角度。2次重复,计算平均值。按表1进行分级,结果记入附录D。

4.2.2落粒率
待鉴水稻品种90%以上籽粒成熟后第7d,在非边行从植株上摘下主穗,置于1.5m高处,自
然水平坠落于5mm厚铁板上,连续操作3次。统计落粒率。随机取10个主穗,计算平均值。按表
2进行分级,结果记入附录D。
