1范围

本文件规定了卷丹百合病虫害绿色防控的术语和定义、防治原则、防控方法、生产档案和附录等技

术要求。

本文件适用于湖南卷丹百合生产过程中的病虫害绿色防控。

3术语和定义

下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1

绿色防控GreenPreventionandControl

采取农业防治、生物防治、物理防治和化学防控等环境友好型措施控制病虫危害。

3.2

植物免疫诱抗剂Plantimmuneinduction

没有直接的杀菌或抗病毒活性,但能够诱导植物免疫系统使植物获得或提高对病菌的抗性及抗逆性

的药物或其代谢产物。

4防控原则

坚持“预防为主,综合防治”的植保方针,根据卷丹百合不同病虫害的为害特点,以减少化学农药

使用为目的,优先采用农业防治、物理防治、生物防治,结合使用高效低毒低残留农药,加强专业化统

防统治与农户联防联控相结合,确保卷丹百合产品质量安全,实现农业可持续发展。

5防控对象

5.1病害

卷丹百合主要病害有:疫病、鳞茎腐烂病、灰霉病、病毒病,其发生和危害特征见附录A。

5.2虫害

卷丹百合主要虫害有:蚜虫、蛴螬、韭蛆、地老虎,其发生和危害特征见附录B。

6农业防治

6.1种球选择

所选种球无病虫为害,无损伤,生长饱满,头型紧凑平圆,单头重量30~40g,均匀一致。

6.2种植区域选择

选择海拔200~800米,地势较高、排灌方便、地下水位较低的平原地块,或坡度5℃以下的背风

向阳山地或丘陵地块;土壤选择土质疏松肥沃的黑砂壤土,开好三沟。不与百合科、茄科及收获地下块

茎作物轮作,宜选种瓜类、豆类或稻麦类。

6.3机械深翻

前茬作物收获后(通常为8月中旬)采用旋耕机深翻土壤25cm以上。

6.4合理施肥

优先施用有机肥及新型肥料(微生物菌肥),控制氮肥施用量,适量增施磷、钾肥:结合翻耕每亩

施生物有机菌肥50~70kg,N∶P∶K比例为15∶15∶15的45%复合肥50~75kg,钙镁磷肥20~30kg,

均匀混合翻入土壤。

7物理防治

7.1灯光诱杀

采用杀虫灯诱杀地下害虫成虫,每20-30亩一盏。

7.2黄板诱杀

于苗期(株高约30cm时)每亩均匀悬挂20-30张含蚜虫信息素的黄板,悬挂高于植株10cm,随

百合生长调整,用来控制蚜虫等,成株期可更换一次可降解黄板。

7.3性信息素诱杀

田间地老虎性诱剂诱捕器于3月下旬每亩设置1个,设置高度离植株顶端20cm,防治地老虎。

7.4病株移除

田间发现病株,及时拔除并带出田块集中处理。

8生物防治

8.1天敌利用

保护和利用田间自有瓢虫、食蚜蝇、草蛉、捕食蜘蛛、蚜茧蜂等自然天敌,以虫治虫。

8.2生物农药利用

选择80亿个/mL地衣芽孢杆菌水剂150~300mL/667m2、4%嘧肽霉素200~300mL/667m2、植物

免疫诱抗剂如5%氨基寡糖素70~100mL/667m2等防控百合病害;1.5%天然除虫菊素500~800倍液、

0.5%苦参碱60~100mL、8000IU/μL苏云金杆菌100~150mL/667m2等防治虫害。部分药剂及使用

方法见附录C。

9化学防治

科学选择和施用农药。土壤处理:使用30%恶霉灵水剂400g/667m2或50%敌磺钠2000g/667m2

兑水600kg泼浇土壤,再施入微生物菌肥处理土壤;种球处理:使用45%咪鲜胺水乳剂2000倍液处

理种球,浸泡5-10min,晾干后播种;病虫害防治:出苗后使用1%申嗪霉素100~120mL、30%噻虫

嗪2000倍液喷雾等。农药使用应符合GB/4285和GB/8321规定。部分药剂及使用方法见附录C,禁

用药剂见附录
