本文件适用于动植物油脂。如果皂类(特别是钙皂)或氧化脂肪酸不作为不溶性杂质含量进行计算,采用不同的溶剂和操作方法,使不溶性杂质含量的测定符合相关要求。
本文件不适用于乳及乳制品(指从乳及乳制品中提炼的油脂)。
