注: 交流额定输入电压1 140 V或输出频率大于600 Hz的调速设备也通常参照本文件执行。有关的性能等要求由制造商和用户协商确定。

前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件是GB/T30844《1kV及以下通用变频调速设备》的第2部分。GB/T30844已经发布了以
下部分:
——第1部分:技术条件;
——第2部分:试验方法;
——第3部分:安全规程。
本文件代替GB/T30844.2—2014《1kV及以下通用变频调速设备第2部分:试验方法》,与
GB/T30844.2—2014相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
a)更改了文件的适用范围,将额定输入电压改为交流1kV以及直流1.5kV等级及以下(见第
1章,2014年版的第1章);
b)更改了试验要求“正常试验环境条件”有关的规定(见4.1,2014年版的4.1);
c)更改了试验要求的“其他要求”有关的规定(见4.3,2014年版的4.3);
d)增加了“冲击耐受电压试验”有关的规定(见5.2.1.4);
e)更改了“接地保护连续性(可触及金属部件接地电阻的测量)”有关的规定(见5.2.3,2014年
版的5.4);
f)增加了“控制性能试验”有关的规定(见5.4.7);
g)更改了“环境适应性试验”有关的规定(见5.6,2014年版的5.16);
h)增加了“高低电压穿越试验”有关的规定(见5.9);
i)增加了规范性附录“时间响应的一般规定”(见附录A)。

引言
GB/T30844《1kV及以下通用变频调速设备》旨在规范1kV及以下通用变频调速设备的技术条
件、试验方法、检验规则和安全规程等,拟由3个部分构成。
——第1部分:技术条件。目的在于给出1kV及以下通用变频调速设备的额定值、使用条件以及
技术要求。
——第2部分:试验方法。目的在于给出1kV及以下通用变频调速设备的试验方法。
——第3部分:安全规程。目的在于给出1kV及以下通用变频调速设备有关电气、热和能量等除
供电电源以外安全方面的要求。

第2部分:试验方法
1范围
本文件描述了1kV及以下的通用变频调速设备(以下简称“调速设备”)的试验方法。
本文件适用于额定输入电压为交流1kV及直流1.5kV等级及以下,额定输入频率为50Hz或60Hz,
输出电压不大于1kV,输出频率小于600Hz的调速设备的检验和验收。
注:交流额定输入电压1140V或输出频率大于600Hz的调速设备也通常参照本文件执行。有关的性能等要求由
制造商和用户协商确定。
