前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件是GB/T18737《纺织机械与附件经轴》的第5部分。GB/T18737已经发布了以下
部分:
—第1部分:词汇;
—第2部分:整经轴;
—第3部分:织轴;
—第4部分:织轴、整经轴和分段整经轴边盘的质量等级;
—第5部分:经编机用分段整经轴;
—第6部分:织带机和钩编机用经轴;
—第7部分:条子、粗纱和纱线染色用轴;
—第8部分:跳动公差的定义和测量方法;
—第9部分:织物染色用轴。
本文件修改采用ISO8116﹘5:2008《纺织机械与附件经轴第5部分:经编机用分段整经轴》。
本文件与ISO8116﹘5:2008的技术差异及其原因如下:
—增加了本文件的适用范围(见第1章),以适应我国的技术条件。
—用规范性引用的GB/T1800.2替换了ISO286﹘2(见表1),用规范性引用的GB/T9239.1替换了
ISO1940﹘1(见第8章),用规范性引用的GB/T18737.8替换了ISO8116﹘8(见第6章、第
7章),以适应我国的技术条件。
—针对分段整经轴的机械强度质量等级,用规范性引用的GB/T18737.4替换了ISO8116﹘4(见第
5章、第11章),以适应我国的技术条件。
—增加了边盘直径d1=535mm、660mm、812mm、876mm、1016mm、1066mm,并增加了相
应代号;删除了边盘直径d1=532mm、1000mm;增加了
