前言

根据原北京市质量技术监督局《关于印发2018年北京市地方标准制修订项目计划的通知》(京

质监发[2018]20号)的要求。规程编制组经广泛调查研究,认真总结实践经验,并在广泛征求意

见的基础上,对《无机纤维喷涂工程技术规程》DB11/T941-2012进行了修订。

本规程的主要技术内容是:1.总则;2.术语;3.基本规定;4.性能要求;5.构造;6.施工;7.

质量验收。

本规程修订的主要技术内容是:

1.增加了北京市居住建筑和公共建筑节能设计指标要求;

2.在非透明幕墙构造中增加了隔汽层;

3.增加了吸声和隔声的要求;

4.调整了原材料和喷涂层的验收指标;

5.调整了无机纤维喷涂施工工艺和验收检验批。

本规程由北京市住房和城乡建设委员会、北京市市场监督管理局共同负责管理,北京市住房

和城乡建设委员会归口并组织实施,北京城建科技促进会负责本规程技术内容的解释。执行过程

1总则

1.0.1为规范无机纤维喷涂工程的技术要求,保证工程施工质量,满足节能环保、经济合理、防火

安全,制定本规程。

1.0.2本规程适用于建筑工程中无机纤维喷涂工程的设计、施工和质量验收。

1.0.3无机纤维喷涂工程的设计、施工与验收除应符合本规程外,尚应符合国家及北京市现行有关

标准的规定。

2术语

2.0.1无机纤维喷涂sprayinorganicfiber

将无机纤维与粘结剂或固化剂通过喷涂设备喷涂于建筑基层表面,形成喷涂层的工艺。

2.0.2无机纤维喷涂系统spraysystemofinorganicfiber

无机纤维喷涂由基层、隔汽层(需要时)、界面层、无机纤维喷涂层、防护层构成的系统。

2.0.3硬质无机纤维喷涂层(矿物纤维喷涂层)hardnessinorganicfiberspray–appliedinsulationlayer

采用无机纤维、粘结剂和粉状固化剂喷涂在基层表面形成喷涂层。

2.0.4软质无机纤维喷涂层(矿物纤维喷涂层)softnessinorganicfiberspray–appliedinsulationlayer

采用无机纤维、粘结剂喷涂到基础表面形成的喷涂层。

2.0.5防护层protectionlayer

对无机纤维喷涂层起增强、防潮和装饰作用的构造层。

3基本规定

3.0.1无机纤维喷涂工程传热系数应符合现行地方标准《居住建筑节能设计标准》DB11/891和《公

共建筑节能设计标准》DB11/687的规定,并应符合表3.0.1-1、3.0.1-2、3.0.1-3、3.0.1-4的规定。
