1范围

本文件规定了新能源汽车用动力电池包装要求、运输要求以及标志、标识要求。

本文件适用于公路运输、海运及空运新能源汽车用动力电池的运输包装,其他运输方式条件下参

考使用。

本文件不适用于损坏、残次品动力电池或退役动力电池回收利用时的包装运输。

3.1

新能源汽车newenergyvehicles

采用非常规的车用燃料作为动力来源(或使用常规的车用燃料、采用新型车载动力装置),综合车

辆的动力控制和驱动方面的汽车。

3.2

动力电池tractionbattery

为新能源汽车动力系统提供能量的单体蓄电池、蓄电池模块、动力蓄电池系统或燃料电池系统等

的总称。

3.3

大包装largepackaging

由一个内装多个物品或内包装的外包装组成的包装,并且设计用机械方法装卸,其净重超过

400kg或容量超过450L,但体积不超过3m³。

集合包装overpack

为了方便运输过程中的装卸和存放,将一个或多个包件装在一起以形成一个独立单元所用的包

装物。

注:如将多个包件放置或堆垛在托盘上,并用塑料打包带、收缩薄膜或其他适当方式紧固;或者放在箱子或围板箱

等外保护包装中。

重复使用的包装reusedpackaging

准备重新装载相同或类似相容内装物的包装,经过检查后没有发现影响其装载能力及承受性能试

验的缺陷,并且在产品发货人控制的销售网范围内运输的包装。

4包装

4.1危险类别和包装类别

4.1.1根据动力电池的正确运输名称及联合国编号,按GB12268的规定,对动力电池本身的危险性或

最主要的危险性进行分类。常见动力电池的危险货物类别见附录A的表A.1。

4.1.2动力电池的包装类别应达到类别Ⅱ的性能要求。

4.2包装容器类型及编码

4.2.1根据动力电池的净重选择正确的包装容器类型。当电池或电池组的
