范围
本标准规定了厨房设备灭火装置(以下简称装置)的型号、基本参数、要求、试验方法、检验规则、包
装、运输、贮存和使用说明书编写要求。
本标准适用于厨房设备灭火装置。

术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本标准。
3.1
厨房设备灭火装置restaurantfiresuppressiondevice
固定安装于厨房等高湿热环境中,由灭火剂贮存容器组件、驱动气体容器组件、管路、喷嘴、阀门、阀
门驱动装置、火灾探测部件、控制装置等组成的能自动探测并实施灭火的箱式灭火装置。
3.2
燃气阀gasshutoffvalve
安装于厨房灶台燃气管路上,当装置启动时能立即关闭的阀门。
3.3
水流阀waterflowvalve
安装于装置管路上并与水源连接,当装置启动灭火剂完全喷射后能立即开启的阀门。

灭火剂贮存容器组件agentstoragecontainerassembly
由灭火剂容器、容器阀、虹吸管等组成的,用来封装灭火剂的组件
3.5
驱动气体容器组件expellantgascartridgeassembly
由贮气容器、容器阀等组成用来封装和贮存驱动气体的组件。
3.6
工作压力operatepressure
贮压式灭火剂贮存容器组件和驱动气体容器组件按额定充装加压后在20℃环境中的平衡压力。

4.2墓本参数
4.2.1工作温度范围
装置的工作温度范围:0C-550Co
当产品设计工作温度范围超过上述温度界限时,应在产品标牌上做出明显永久性标志。
4.2.2工作压力
根据灭火剂贮存型式,由生产单位给出贮压式装置或贮气瓶驱动式装置的工作压力。
要求
5.1外观质.
5.1.1装置各构成部件应无明显加工缺陷或机械损伤,部件外表面须进行防腐处理,防腐涂层、镀层应
完整、均匀,紧固件应无松动。
5.12灭火剂贮存容器的外表正面应标注灭火剂的名称、重量及有效期,字迹应明显、清晰。驱动气瓶
亦应标出驱动气体名称。
5.1.3装置的铭牌应牢固地设置在装置明显部位,并应标注产品名称、型号规格、执行标准代号、贮压
式灭火剂贮存压力或驱动气瓶气体贮存压力、灭火剂充装量、使用温度范围、生产单位、出厂日期等
内容。

5.2材料
5.2.1钢质无缝容器的材料应符合GB5099-1994第5章的规定,钢质焊接容器的材料应符合
GB5100-1994第5章的规定.
5.2.2容器阀、水流阀、减压阀、喷嘴应采用不锈钢、铜合金制造,燃气阀应采用铜合金、铝合金制造,也
可以用强度、耐腐蚀性能不低于上述材质的其他金属材料制造。
5.2.3弹性密封垫、密封剂及相关部件应采用长期与相应灭火剂接触而不损坏或变形的材料制造。
5.2.4连接管应选用耐使用介质腐蚀的材料制造。连接管宜采用高压软管,亦可采用耐压强度、抗冲
击振动能力相当的金属管材。
5.2.5管路应采用无缝钢管,材质应具有耐腐蚀性能。管件应采用耐腐蚀的金属材料制造,不得用铸
铁件。
5.3启动方式
5.3.1装置应具有自动、手动和机械应急启动功能。
5.3.2手动启动和机械应急启动应有防止误动作的保险装置,并用文字或图形符号标明操作方法,其
解脱力应大于20N,小于100N.
5.3.3机械应急操作机构操作力应符合下列要求:
a)手动操作力不应大于150N;
b)指拉操作力不应大于50N;
c)指推操作力不应大于10N;
d)所有手动操作位移均不应大于300mmo
5.4联动性能
5.4.1装置采用不同方式启动,其动作应准确、可靠、无故障。
5.4.2装置启动时燃气阀应能立即关闭。
5.4.3装置启动灭火剂完全喷射后,水流阀应能立即开启喷水(具有水冷却功能的装置)。
5.4.4控制盘应能正确显示装置的工作状态,发出灭火控制指令。
5.4.5装置的各密封部位不应出现泄漏现象。
5,5灭火性能
5.5.1深炸锅及炒菜锅灭火性能
按6.4.3,6.4.4规定的试验要求和试验方法进行食用油火灭火试验,装置喷放后火焰应被完全扑
灭。火焰熄灭20min内不能出现复燃,或锅内油脂温度应低于油脂本身自燃点的33-C,

按6.4.5,6.4.6规定的试验要求和试验方法进行灭火试验,装置
