十字花科蔬菜鳞翅目害虫抗药性监测技术规程
1范围
本文件规定了小菜蛾(PlutellaxylostellaLinnaeus)、甜菜夜蛾(SpodopteraexiguaHiibner)、斜纹夜
蛾(SpodopteralituraFabricius)抗药性监测的术语和定义、试剂与材料、仪器设备、试验步骤、数据
统计与分析、抗性水平评估及监测档案。
本文件适用于小菜蛾、甜菜夜蛾、斜纹夜蛾对常用杀虫剂的抗药性监测。其它十字花科蔬菜鳞翅目
害虫抗药性监测参照本标准执行。

3术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
抗药性insecticideresistance
原来易感某种杀虫剂的昆虫种群,不再能被该剂常用量杀死的特性。
3.2
敏感基线susceptibilitybaseline
通过生物测定方法得到的害虫敏感品系(或种群)对杀虫剂的剂量反应曲线。
3.3
致死中浓度(LC50)medianlethalconcentration
药剂杀死生物群体中一半个体所需要的浓度。
3.4
点滴法topicalapplicationmethod
将定量的药剂滴在昆虫体壁的一定部位,使药剂透过表皮进入体内,以测定药剂触杀效果的生物测
定方法。
3.5
夹毒叶片法leaf-sandwichmethod
将定量的药剂夹入叶面,使药剂通过昆虫取食进入体内,以测定药剂喂毒效果的生物测定方法。

浸叶法leaf-dippingmethod
将浸过药液的叶碟置于含有琼脂或保湿滤纸上,接入靶标昆虫,以测定药剂触杀和喂毒效果的生物
测定方法。
4试剂与材料
4.1试剂
试验试剂主要为:
——丙酮
——乙醇
——TritonX-100
——蒸馏水
4.2生物试材
4.2.1供试昆虫
供试昆虫为:
——小菜蛾,田间采集,经室内饲养的F1代大小一致的3龄幼虫;
——甜菜夜蛾,田间采集,经室内饲养的F1代大小一致的3龄幼虫;
——斜纹夜蛾,田间采集,经室内饲
