1范围
本文件规定了洞庭湖区高档优质稻玉针香有机生产的术语和定义、品种来源、特征特性、生产要求、
检测要求、有机产品转换期、种植技术与方法、贮运、加工、包装与管理、稻田轮作、应急措施等技术
内容。
本规程适用于洞庭湖区认证过的玉针香有机水稻生产基地。

3术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
有机农业organicagriculture
在农作物种植、畜禽养殖和农产品加工的生产过程中,不使用农药、化肥、生长调节剂、饲料添加
剂等化学合成物质,不使用来自基因工程的生物及其产物,遵照自然特定的农业生产原则和遵循自然规

律、生态学原理,协调种植业和养殖业的平衡,采用一系列可持续的农业综合技术以维持持续稳定的农
业生产体系的一种农业生产方式。
3.2
有机稻米organicrice
有机稻米是指来自于有机农业生产体系,根据有机农业生产要求和相应的标准生产加工的,并通过
国家有关机构有机认证的稻米。
3.3
转换期conversionperiod
从开始实施有机生产至其生产单元和产品获得有机认证之间的时段。
3.4
常规convention
指不按照有机生产标准实施管理进行作物种植、畜禽养殖和农产品生产过程及其产品。
3.5
平行生产parallelproduction
在同一生产单元中,同时生产相同或难以区分有机、转换期或常规产品的情况。
3.6
缓冲带bufferzone
指在有机和常规地块之间通过有目的的设置、可明确界定的用来限制、隔离或阻挡邻近田块禁用物
质漂移的过渡区域。
3.7
投入品input
指在整个有机生产过程中采用的所有物质或材料。
3.8
稻田轮作paddy-fieldrotate
指在同一田块上按照事先制定的计划轮换耕作不同种类作物的农事活动。
3.9
有机水稻种子organicriceseeds
通过有机种植方式和要求生产所获得的水稻种子。
3.10
认证certification
指独立的具有国家有关部门认可相应资质的第三方单位或组织,出具书面文件来证明某一明确定义
的生产或加工体系且经过一套系统评估符合特定要求的程序。
3.11
生产基地productionbase
指温光条件好,排灌方便,具有一定面积和规模、相对集中连片、地块边界清晰、土地权属明确,
与周围隔离或设有缓冲带的有机农业生产区域。
4品种来源
玉针香是用天龙香103×R4015后代系选育成的常规中熟晚籼品种,2009年通过湖南省农作物品种
审定委员会审定(湘审稻2009038)。适宜于湖南省稻瘟病轻发区作双季晚稻种植。

5.1农艺性状
在湖南省作双季晚稻栽培,全生育期114.0d。株高119.0cm,每公顷有效穗421.5万穗,每穗
总粒数115.8粒,结实率81.1%,千粒重28.0g。
5.3抗性
稻瘟病综合抗性指数8.2,白叶枯病7.0级。
5.4品质
糙米率80.0%,精米率65.7%,整精米率55.8%,粒长8.8mm,长宽比4.9,垩白粒率3%,垩
