GB/T5094《工业系统、装置与设备以及工业产品结构原则与参照代号》分为四个部分:

-一一第1部分:基本规则;

第2部分:项目的分类与分类码;

第3部分:应用指南;

—第4部分:概念的说明。

本部分为GB/T5094的第4部分,等同采用IEC61346-4:1998((工业系统、装置与设备以及工业产

品结构原则与参照代号第4部分:概念的讨论》(英文版)。

本部分与GB/T5094的其他各部分一起,共同代替GB/T5094-1985《电气技术中的项目代号》。

本部分由全国电气信息结构、文件编制和图形符号标准化技术委员会提出并归口。

本部分主要起草单位:国电华北电力设计院工程有限公司、机械科学研究院中机生产力促进中心。

参加起草的单位还有:中国电力企业联合会标准化中心、中国电力科学研究院、航天科工集团四院、

中国航空工业规划设计研究院、航天科工集团二院23所。

本部分主要起草人:吴聚业、郭汀、高惠民、于明、任王德、张瑛、陈泽毅、李萍。

第4部分:概念的说明

范围

本部分以“项目”为基础按其寿命周期的历程说明用于GB/T5094.1结《构原则与参照代号》中的

一些概念。

2规范性引用文件

下列文件中的条款通过GB/T5094的本部分的引用而成为本部分的条款。凡是注日期的引用文

件,其随后所有的修改单(不包括勘误的内容)或修订版均不适用于本部分,然而,鼓励根据本部分达成

协议的各方研究是否可使用这些文件的最新版本。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本适用于本

部分。

总则

3.1演变历程

IEC61346-1(2002年等同采用为GB/T5094.1-2002)有两个前期标准:IEC60750:1983(1985年

已采用为GB/T5094)和其前面的IEC60113-2:1971,IEC60750:1983中的字母代码表1的主要部分

来源于IEC60113-2:1971。这些标准的应用范围随着时间增长不断扩大。

虽然,三个IEC标准准确的应用范围可以讨论,但图1仍可粗略地表明它们的目标和范围。

3.2IEC60113-2:1971

项目代号((IEC`60113-2中使用的术语)第一次出现时,只不过是分立元件的分类、代码加顺序号,

顺序号用以区分同类元件。由于顺序号对较复杂的设计不适用,IEC60113-2考虑了在元件码前增加

分层代号的方法,从而获得一种简单的结构形式。

那时的信息只包含在文件中,项目代号的用途是使文件内部和文件之间有可能相互参照,特别是从

电路图到明细表和接线表、接线图。

寿命周期的看法还不普遍,当时直接的需要是编制设备生产和使之投人运行所用的文件。

那时,计算机处理的能力有限。需要有效地利用存贮空间,同时,至少在智能上,处理仍旧只涉及

“面向穿孔卡的技术”,即固定的数据格式和“灵活”应用可用格式,并且存贮空间的大小很重要。

3.3IEC60750:1983

就IEC6075。来说,分层结构不只被看作是元件字母代码的补充,而且被看

定制服务
