前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则
第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T22500—2008《动植物油脂
紫外吸光度的测定》,与GB/T22500—2008相
比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
—更改了原理(见第4章,2008年版的第3章);
—更改了试剂和材料(见5.2、5.3、5.4,2008年版的第4章);
—更改了仪器和设备(见6.2,2008年版的第5章);
—更改了测试溶液的制备(见9.1.2、9.1.3、9.1.4,2008年版的8.1);
—更改了结果计算公式(见10.1、10.2,2008年版的第9章)。
本文件等同采用ISO3656:2011《动植物油脂紫外吸光度的测定》。
本文件做了下列最小限度的编辑性改动:
—纳入了ISO3656:2011/Amd.1:2017的修正内容,所涉及的条款的外侧页边空白位置用垂直

1范围
本文件描述了动植物油脂紫外吸光度测定的方法。
本文件适用于动植物油脂,不适用于乳和乳制品(或从乳和乳制品中获得的脂肪)。

3术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
比消光系数specificextinction(K232-K268-K270)
1g样品溶解于100mL异辛烷或环己烷中,在10mm比色皿中测定232nm、268nm和270nm波长
下的紫外吸光度。
4原理
将样品溶解在异辛烷或环己烷中,并在特定的紫外线波长范围内用分光光度法测量吸光度。采用
10mm比色皿,测定浓度为1g/100mL的样品溶液在232nm和268nm处(溶剂为异辛烷时)或在
232nm和270nm处(溶剂为环己烷时)的吸光度值。
5试剂和材料
警示─请遵循危险化学品处理的规定。在使用重铬酸钾溶液时应小心,若吸入重铬酸钾溶液有导致
癌变的危险。重铬酸钾和铬酸钾属于CMR类物质(致癌、致突变、重毒性),应注意避免与皮肤接触
或吸入。
除非另有说明,所用试剂均为分析纯试剂。
5.1异辛烷(2,2,4﹘三甲基戊烷):用于在波长232nm和268nm处的测量。
5.2环己烷:用于在波长232nm和270nm处的测量。
注:以蒸馏水为参比溶液,采用10mm比色皿,在232nm处的吸光度需小于0.12,在250nm处的吸光度需小于
0.05。
5.3重铬酸钾。
5.4高氯酸。
