内容描述
前言
根据山东省住房和城乡建设厅、山东省市场监督管理局关于印发《2020年第二
批山东省工程建设标准制订、修订计划》的通知(鲁建标字〔2020〕18号)的要求,
编制组经广泛调查研究,认真总结经验,参考国内外有关标准,结合我省实际,制
订本标准。
本标准主要技术包括:总则;术语和符号;基本规定;外观质量渗透检测;内部
缺陷超声波检测;高强度螺栓终拧扭矩检测;变形检测;钢材厚度检测;防腐涂层
厚度检测;防方涂层厚度检测;钢管内混凝土缺陷内窥镜法检测和钢材强度检测。
本标准由山东省住房和城乡建设厅负责管理,由山东省建筑科学研究院有限公
司负责具体技术内容的解释。执行过程中如有意见或建议,请反馈至山东省建筑科

1总则
1.0.1为规范装配式钢结构住宅现场检测,做到安全适用、数据准确、确保质量、便于操
作,制定本标准。
条文说明:国务院与住房城乡建设部发布了一系列政策和文件,明确提出了大力发展钢结
构建筑的新型生产建造方式的要求,装配式钢结构住宅建筑进入快速发展阶段。近年来,
虽然我省积极发展钢结构住宅建筑,但其一直存在有建筑质量和性能不高的问题。目前已
有了一些钢结构材料强度及构件质量的检测标准,但尚无一本既适用于工程现场检测且具
有可操作性的装配式钢结构住宅检测技术标准,为此制定本标准。
1.0.2本标准适用于装配式钢结构住宅中有关连接、变形、钢材厚度、涂装厚度等的现场
检测及检测结果的判定。
条文说明:装配式钢结构住宅的检测内容很多,具体检测内容可按照现行国家标准《建筑
结构检测技术标准》GB/T50344的相关要求执行,考虑到现行国家标准《建筑结构检测技
术标准》GB/T50344缺少相应检测方法和操作过程,本标准从装配式钢结构住宅的特点出
发,解决检测中常用的、重要的有关检测方法和操作过程。
1.0.3装配式钢结构住宅现场检测除应符合本标准外,尚应符合国家和山东省现行有关标
准的规定。
条文说明:装配式钢结构住宅现场检测技术涉及的应用技术面广、综合性强;在检测、鉴
定及验收中,凡本标准有规定者,应遵照执行;凡本标准无规定者,应按照现行有关标准
的规定执行。

2.1术语
2.1.1装配式钢结构住宅assembledsteelstructurehousing
以钢结构作为主要结构系统、配套的外围护系统、设备管线系统和内装系统的主要部
品部(构)件采用集成方法建造的住宅建筑。
2.1.2现场检测in-sitetesting
对装配式钢结构住宅实体的原位检查、测量和检验等工作。
2.1.3目视检测visualtesting
用人的肉眼或借助于低倍率放大镜,对材料表面进行直接观察的检测方法。
2.1.4无损检测nondestructivetesting
对材料或构件实施的一种不损害其使用性能或用途的检测方法。
2.1.5渗透检测penetranttesting
利用毛细管作用原理检测材料表面开口性缺陷的无损检测方法。
2.1.6超声波检测ultrasonictesting
利用超声波在介质中遇到界面产生反射的性质及其在传播时产生衰减的规律,来检测
缺陷的无损检测方法。

缺陷的长度与宽度之比大于3。
2.1.8圆形缺陷circulardefects
缺陷的长度与宽度之比小于或等于3。
2.1.9焊缝缺陷welddefects

焊缝中的裂纹、未焊透、未熔合、夹渣、气孔等。
2.1.10焊缝裂纹weldcrack
焊缝中原子结合遭到破坏,而导致在新界面上产生缝隙。
2.1.11未焊透lackofpenetration
母材金属未熔化,焊接金属未进入母材金属内而导致接头根部的缺陷。
2.1.12未熔合lackoffusion
焊接金属与母材金属之间或焊接金属之间未熔化结合在一起的缺陷。
2.1.13焊缝夹渣weldslaginclusion
焊接后残留在焊缝中的熔渣、金属氧化物夹杂等。
2.1.14平面型缺陷planardefects
二维尺寸的缺陷,例如,裂纹、未熔合以及钢板的分层、层状撕裂等。
2.1.15体积型缺陷volumedefects
三维尺寸的缺陷,例如:气孔、夹渣、夹杂等。
2.2符号
2.2.1几何参数
L—线型缺陷的显示长度;
D—圆型缺陷的主轴长度;
