第3部分:气体发生器总成试验
法:在GB/T19949本部分描述的任何试验过程中,存在安全气囊意外点火的可能性。因此应根据气体发生器总
成操作手册和试验设备的设计采取适当的预防措施。
范围
GB/T19949的本部分给出了道路车辆安全气囊模块气体发生器总成的试验方法,以及安全气囊
模块气体发生器总成环境试验程序和要求。

GB/T19949.1确立的以及下列术语和定义适用于GB/T19949的本部分口
触发装置triggerdevice
用于触发气体发生器总成((IA)的装置。
4一般要求
气体发生器总成的设计应满足:当操作适当时,气体发生器总成不会对人或物体造成危害。气体t
生器总成制造商应提供操作说明
在气体发生器(或整个安全气囊模块)点火后立即测试气体的浓度和固体残渣的量,要求在2.5m'
的封闭空间在30min的时间里不能超过就目前所知的对人体有害的浓度(符合国家相关标准要求)。
气体发生器总成点火后产生的气体和颗粒必须对人体没有强烈刺激。
带有点火装置(如果提供)的气体发生器不能被电磁锅合或干扰电压点火。
5一般试验条件
5.1环境试验的目的
环境试验用来模拟环境对气体发生器总成性能和使用寿命的影响
这个试验是基于气体发生器总成特有的寿命周期的,它涉及运输、贮存、在车辆上的安装以及车辆
的操作、保养和维护

完整的环境试验程序由各种独立的试验方法组成。这些试验方法用来模拟环境(例如机械冲击和
振动、低温和高温、湿度)对气体发生器总成的影响。
模拟使用寿命的试验条件要比实际使用条件更为严格。其目的是加速老化,以便缩短试验过程
为保证试验环境具有可靠的检验能力,GB/T工9949本部分中规定的关于气体发生器总成的环境
试验程序只是对该总成的一个最低要求,
表1给出了3个相同样品的试验样品的全部试验项目。
表2给出了用3个经处置的样品和9个(或10个,见7.4.4)未处置的样品的性能试验清单。
表3给出了触发器和气体发生器总成外壳的附加性能试验。
