三相笼型异步电动机损耗和

效率的确定方法

范围

本标准适用于三相笼型异步电动机并规定了两种确定效率的方法:

·方法1:电动机试验使用转矩测量装置,根据测试结果求取负载杂散损耗值。

·方法2:电动机试验不测量转矩,采用推荐的负载杂散损耗值。

这两种方法的区别在于确定负载杂散损耗的方法不同。除非另有规定,否则方法1宜用于150kW

及以下的电动机。

关于确定效率的其他方法,见GB/T755.2-2003.

a)负载电流在有效铁心及除导体之外的其他金属件中引起的损耗。

b)因磁通脉动而产生的电流在电动机的定子和转子绕组中引起的涡流损耗。

注:IEC61972标准称这项损耗为负载附加损耗。
