GB/T20141-2006/IEC62219:2002

前言

本标准与国际电工委员会标准IEC62219:2002((型线同心绞架空导线》的一致性程度为等同。本

标准对IEC62219:2002主要修改如下:

-IEC62219:2002中的产品型号AxF/Sxy已纠正为AxF/Syz;

—图la)的钢芯部分即芯线已由原来的型线纠正为圆线;

—为制定国家标准需要,增加了资料性附录E"型线同心绞架空导线产品型号表示方法”。

本标准的附录A、附录B和附录C为规范性附录,附录D和附录E为资料性附录。

本标准由中国电器工业协会提出。

本标准由全国电线电缆标准化技术委员会((SAC/TC213)归口。

本标准负责起草单位:上海电缆研究所

型线同心绞架空导线

范围

本标准规定了型线同心绞架空导线的电气和机械性能。型线同心绞架空导线由下列任一绞前、绞

时或绞后成型的金属单线组合而成:

a)LY9硬铝线,符合GB/T17048;

b)LY9X绞前成型的硬铝线,符合GB/T17048中等效硬铝线直径;

c)LHA2或LHAI硬铝合金线,符合JB/T8134;

d)LHA2X或LHAIX绞前成f的硬铝合金线,符合JB/T8134中等效硬铝合金线直径;

e)GlA或GIB普通强度钢线,A,B代表镀锌层级别,分别对应1级和2级;

f)G2A或G2B高强度钢线;

g)G3A特高强度钢线;

h)LB铝包钢线

以下为某些可能的导线型号标示举例,其他的组合也是许可的。

-JLX,JLHA2X,JLHAIX

—JLX/GlA,JLX/GIB,JLX/G2A,JLX/G2B,JLX/G3A

-JLX/IJLX/I.HAI,JI_X/LHA2

—儿X/LB,JLHA2X/LB,JLHAIX/LB

并不排斥以上没有包括的导线型号。

3术语和定义

下列术语和定义适用于本标准

铝aluminium

所有列出牌号的铝和铝合金。

3.2

导线conductor

意指由许多绞在一起的无绝缘单线,用于承载电流的材料。[已修改的电工术语IEV466-01-15口

同心绞导线concentriclaystrandedconductor

在一根中心线芯周围螺旋绞上一层或多层单线,且相邻层绞向相反所组成的导线。

3.4

绞向directionoflay

3.4.1

绞向(一般定义)directionoflay(generaldefinition)

一层单线离开观察者运动的绞合方向。

绞向(另一定义)directionoflay(alternativedefinition)

绞向定义为右向或左向。

注:右向绞为当导线垂直放置时,导线符合英文字母“Z"中间部分的方向;左向纹为当导线垂直放置时,导线符合英

3.5

等效单线直径equivalentwirediameter

与已定相同材料的型线具有相同横截面积、质量及电阻的圆单线的直径。

3.6

紧密系数compactnessratio

面积1与面积2之比—此处,面积1是导线的总横截面积,包括芯线,面积2是等于以导线外径

为直径的圆的面积

3.7

填充系数fillratio

面积1与(面积2一面积3)之比—此处,面积1是导线铝部分的横截面积,面积2是等于导线外

径的圆周面积,面积3是等于组合导线中以芯线的外径为直径的圆的面积(对单一导线则为零)。

3.8

型线formedwire

具有不变横截面且非圆形的金属线。

3.9

节距laylength

在绞线中单独的一根单线形成一个完整的螺旋圈的轴向长度。

3.10

节径比layratio

在绞线中节距与该层的外径之比。已〔修改的电工术语IEV466-10-061

3.11

批lot

在同样生产条件下,由同一制造厂生产的一批导线。

注:一批可由部分或全部购货数量组成。

3.12

标称值nominal

一个可测性能的名义值或标志值,用以标志导线或其组成部分并给定公差。

注:标称值应为指标值。

3.13

圆线roundwire

具有不变圆截面的拉制金属线。

3.14

钢比steelratio

在JLxX/Gyz导线中,以百分比表示的钢的截面积与铝的截面积之比。

4标示系统

标示系统用于表示由成型铝线、有钢线或无钢线制造的纹线。

单一铝导线用JLxX表示,x表示铝的牌号。

组合铝导线用JLxX/Ly或JLxX/I-yX表示,LxX代表外部线(或包围层),工一或LyX代表内部线

(或芯)。

组合铝一钢导线用JLxX/Gyz或JLxX/LB表示,LxX表示外部铝线(或包围层),Gyz或LB代表钢芯。

在镀锌钢线标示中,y代表钢的牌号(普通强度、高强度或特高强度),z表示镀锌层的级别(A或B),

导线标志如下:

a)以LY9X铝的等效导电面积(mm')表示的代码;

b)以芯材料面积(mm')表示的代码,若使用;

c)构成导线的单线,其牌号的标示,对组合导线首先标示包围层,然后标示芯;

d)以导线的标称直径表示的数字。

示例1;JLX-500-262:导线由LY9成型铝线构成。面积为500mm',直径为26.2(262X0.1)mm

示例2,1LX/GIA-505/65-281:导线由L.Y9成型铝线及GlA普通强度A级镀锌的钢线构成。LY9成型铝线的面

积为505mm',GlA钢的面积为65mm',导线标称直径为28.1(281X0.1)mm,

以下为某些可能的导线型号举例,由其他单线型号的不同组合所构成的导线也是许可的。

-JLX,JLHAIX,JLHA2X

-JI-X/GIA,JLX/GIB,JLX/G2A,JLX/G2B,JLX/G3A

-JLX/I.,JLX/LHAI,JLX/LHA2

—JLX/I.B,JLHA2X/LB,JLHAIX/LB

5绞线的要求

5.1材料

绞线应由成型铝线、圆形镀锌钢线或铝包钢线或圆形铝线制成。绞合前所有的单线均应具有

JB/T8134,GB/T3428,GB/T17048,GB/T17937等标准(见注)规定的性能绞合前成型的单线应具

有基于它们的等效圆单线直径所计算的性能。

注:以下几种金属的电阻率(按升序排列)为:

-LX;2&264nt2,m(对应61%IACS);

-LHA2X:32.530nd2·m(对应53%IACS);

-1,HAIX:32.840nn-m(对应52.5%IACS)o

5.2成型线

本标准认可三种生产工艺。一是单线在一个工艺过程中被成型,绞合是在另一工艺过程中进行。

第二种方法是单线成型和单线绞合在一次操作中完成。第三种方法是先绞合一层圆单线,然后将此层

紧压成圆形截面圆形单线的其他层可被绞合和紧压或成型单线的其他层可被纹合在紧压的芯线上

在任何情况下,材料都应符合GB/T17048或JB/T8134要求。

在第一种情况下,试验应在纹合前的成型单线上进行,并且其性能应基于等效线径进行计算。在其

他情况下,试验应在成型和绞合前的圆形单线上进行,并且其性能应基于成型之前的圆形单线直径进行

计算。

在绞合后如果要求对个别的单线进行试验,供需双方应在合同签订之前约定

由成型单线制造的导线,其典型的型式如图la)、图1b)、图2所示

a)JLxX/Gyz或JLxX/Ly型由成型单线组成的三层导线

b)JLxX/Gyz或刀xX/Ly型由成型单线组成的三层导线
