本文件规定了农产品批发市场服务的基本条件、服务内容与要求、服务评价与改进,并描述了对应

3术语和定义

下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1

农产品批发市场wholesalemarketsofagriculturalproducts

以蔬菜、水果、水产品、畜禽肉及副产品、鲜蛋等农产品及其初加工品为交易对象,为交易各

方提供长期、固定的批发交易设施设备,并具备商品集散、信息公示、结算、价格形成等服务功能

的交易场所。

3.2

开办者administers

依法为农产品交易提供场地、设施、服务以及日常管理的企业法人或其他组织。

3.3

交易方traders

农产品批发市场内进行交易的经销商、采购商和普通消费者等经营主体或个人。

3.4

第三方服务商third-partyserviceproviders

除开办者外,为交易方提供仓储、装卸、配送,以及质量检测、金融结算、法律咨询、物业管理等

服务的企业法人、其他组织和自然人。
