前言

根据北京市市场监督管理局《2021年北京市地方标准制修订项目计划(第一批)》(京市

监发〔2021〕19号)的要求,标准编制组经广泛调查研究,认真总结实践经验,参考国内外相

关标准,并在广泛征求意见的基础上,制定本标准。

本标准的主要技术内容是:1总则;2术语和符号;3基本规定;4构配件;5设计计算及选

用;6构造;7安装、提升、使用、拆除;8安全管理。

本标准由北京市市场监督管理局和北京市住房和城乡建设委员会共同管理,由北京市住房和

城乡建设委员会归口并负责组织实施,由中建三局集团有限公司负责具体技术内容的解释。在执

1总则

1.0.1为规范附着式升降脚手架的设计、使用与管理,确保安全生产,制定本标准。

1.0.2本标准适用于北京市行政区域内建筑工程施工用附着式升降脚手架的设计、安装、升降、

使用、检查、维护与保养、拆除的安全技术管理。

1.0.3附着式升降脚手架的设计、安装、升降、使用、检查、维护与保养、拆除,除应符合本标

准外,尚应符合国家和北京市现行有关标准的规定。

2术语和符号

2.1术语

2.1.1附着式升降脚手架protectionplatformforadheringtypeliftingoperation

由竖向主框架、水平支承结构、架体构架、附着支承装置、升降机构、同步控制装置及金属

脚手板、安全立网等组成。由工厂加工制作,现场组装,通过附着支承装置附着于建筑结构上,

为主体结构和装饰装修施工提供多层安全防护平台的组合结构,简称爬架。

2.1.2竖向主框架verticalmainframe

由内立杆、外立杆、Z字撑(或三角撑)、导轨组成,垂直于建筑结构外立面,通过附着支

承装置与建筑结构连接,将架体所承受竖向和水平荷载传至建筑结构的竖向刚架。

2.1.3导轨slideway

受附着支承装置约束,引导架体升降的竖向轨道。

2.1.4水平支承结构horizontalsupportingtruss

平行于建筑结构,主要承受架体竖向荷载,并将竖向荷载传递至竖向主框架的纵向支承结构,

包括杆件螺栓组合式和焊接桁架组合式。

2.1.5架体构架structureofscaffoldbody

由架体立杆、三角撑(或Z字撑)、纵向水平杆等构件组成,位于相邻两榀竖向主框架之间,

由竖向主框架与水平支承结构支承的架体。

2.1.6附着支承装置attachedsupportingstructure

由附着支座、防倾覆装置、防坠落装置、卸荷顶撑、附着螺栓等构件组成,附着在建筑结构

上,通过导轨与架体竖向主框架连接,承受并传递架体荷载的支承结构,且具有导向、防倾覆、

防坠落功能。

2.1.7附着支座attachedbearing

架体与建筑结构相连接的构件,承受并将架体上的荷载传递至建筑结构。

2.1.8防倾覆装置preventoverturnequipment

防止爬架在升降或使用过程中发生倾覆的装置,具有防倾覆和导向功能。

2.1.9防坠落装置preventfallingequipment

防止爬架在升降或使用过程中发生坠落的制动装置。

2.1.10卸荷顶撑stoppingdevice

当爬架停在某一高度时,将架体的全部荷载传递到附着支座的承力装置。

2.1.11升降机构liftingmechanism

由电动或液压升降设备、提升支座、架体吊点等构件组成,控制爬架升降运行的动力机构。

2.1.12同步控制装置synchro-controlequipment

由总控箱、分控箱、荷载传感器或位移传感器等构件组成,在爬架升降中控制各机位的动力

设备运行状态,使各机位的荷载或高差保持在设计允许范围内的电气控制系统。

2.1.13架体高度heightofscaffoldbody

架体底端至防护顶部的高度。

2.1.14架体宽度widthofscaffoldbody

架体内、外排立杆轴线之间的水平距离。

2.1.15架体支承跨度supportedspanofthescaffoldbody

两相邻竖向主框架支撑点处架体外侧的水平距离。

2.1.16悬臂高度cantileverheight

最高附着支承点以上的架体高度。

2.1.17水平悬挑长度overhanglength

架体端部的竖向主框架中心轴线至架体端部之间的水平距离。

2.1.18金属脚手板metalscaffoldboard

由边框、横肋、面板等组成,固定于竖向主框架及内、外立杆之间,作为作业平台的金属制

脚手板,简称脚手板。

2.1.19架体步距liftheightofthescaffoldbody

沿架体高度方向相邻横向水平杆轴线或脚手板之间的距离。

2.2.1作用和作用效应

Gk——永久荷载标准值;

S——荷载效应组合设计值;

SGk——永久荷载标准值的效应;

SQk——施工活荷载标准值的效应;

Swk——风荷载标准值的效应;

wk——风荷载标准值;

w0——计算风压。

2.2.2计算指标

f——钢材的抗拉、抗压、抗弯强度设计值;

fce——钢材的端面承压强度设计值;

fv——钢材的抗剪强度设计值;

fy——钢材的屈服强度;

fu——钢材的抗拉强度最小值;

ft、fv、fc——螺栓的抗拉、抗剪和承压强度设计值;

ft、fv、fc——对接焊缝的抗拉、抗剪和抗压强度设计值;

ff——角焊缝的抗拉、抗剪和抗压强度设计值。

2.2.3计算系数

An——架体迎风面挡风面积;

Aw——架体迎风面面积;

βz——高度z处的风振系数;

φ——挡风系数;

γ0——结构重要性系数;

γG——永久荷载分项系数;

γQ——可变荷载分项系数;

µz——风压高度变化系数;

µs——风荷载体型系数。

2.2.4几何参数

[v]——挠度限值。

3基本规定

3.0.1爬架应构件配套、体系完整、构造合理、防护严密、牢固可靠,满足施工生产及安全要求。

3.0.2爬架应是空间几何不变体系,其设计、安装、升降、使用及拆除应符合下列规定:

1具有安全防护功能;

2具有导向、防倾覆、防坠落和同步升降控制等功能;

3满足承载力和正常使用要求;

4不损害所附着的建筑结构。

3.0.3架体宜采用全钢结构,当采用其他材质时,应满足承载力和正常使用要求。

3.0.4专业承包单位应提供下列质量证明文件:

1产品合格证书;

2产品使用说明书;

3检验报告:产品检验报告、现场检验报告等;

4爬架的实际应用高度不应超过产品检验报告。

3.0.5施工总承包单位和专业承包单位应建立健全安全生产管理制度,明确各方职责;爬架安装、

提升、拆除应由专业承包单位完成;专业承包单位应配备相应专职管理人员和操作人员,操作人

员应持特种作业证上岗。

3.0.6施工前专业承包单位应编制专项施工方案,按照住房和城乡建设部和地方政府规定进行方

案审批、论证和交底后组织实施;施工方案需要修改时,应按相关规定执行;爬架按照相关规定

组织联合验收合格后方可使用。

3.0.7架体下降作业时,应编制专项施工方案并满足相关标准规定。

3.0.8爬架应设置安全立网、脚手板及水平金属翻板。

3.0.9计算风压取值应符合下列规定:

1使用工况按作业面6级风速上限;

2提升工况按作业面5级风速上限;

3其他工况采用重现期10年的风压值。

3.0.10作业面遇5级及以上风或大雨、大雪、浓雾等恶劣天气或影响正常施工的恶劣条件时,应

停止作业。

4构配件

4.0.1构配件应符合下列规定:

1不应采用铸铁材料制作;

2当采用碳素结构钢制作时,其材质不应低于现行国家标准《碳素结构钢》GB/T700
