前言
本标准是对JB/T7934—95《胀紧联结套型式与基本尺寸》的修订。
本标准与JB/T7934—95相比,主要技术内容变化如下:
——增加了Z6~Z2015种型式;
——取消了附录A的表A5~表A9;
——采用按轮毂材质屈服极限计算轮毂外径公式;
——将附录B改为附录C,附录C为Z1型胀紧联结套的联结设计要点。
本标准自实施之日起代替JB/T7934—95。
本标准的附录A、附录B和附录C都是提示的附录。
本标准由冶金设备标准化技术委员会提出并归口。
本标准起草单位:中国第二重型机械集团公司、德阳二重基础件厂。
本标准主要起草人:赵秉厚、赵保宇、赵光发。
本标准于1986年2月首次发布。

本标准规定了Z1型~Z20型胀紧联结套的型式与基本尺寸。
本标准适用于联结轴和轴上零件的胀紧联结套。
