引 言
为贯彻《中华人民共和国环境保护法》《中华人民共和国大气污染防治法》《深圳经济特区生态环
境保护条例》,保护生态环境,保障人体健康,防治污染,加强对餐饮业油烟污染物的排放控制和管理,
根据深圳市实际情况,特制定本文件。

餐饮业油烟污染物在线监测系统技术要求
1范围
本文件规定了餐饮业油烟污染物在线监测系统的组成、功能、技术、性能、安装、验收、运维管理
和质量保证等有关要求。
本文件适用于深圳市行政管辖区餐饮服务单位经营期间的油烟污染物排放管理。
本文件不适用于居民家庭油烟排放。

3术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
餐饮服务单位cateringserviceunit
通过即时制作加工、商业销售和服务性劳动等,向消费者提供食品和消费场所的服务机构。
注:处于同一建筑物内,隶属于同一法人的所有排烟灶头,计入一个饮食业单位。
3.2
油烟oilfume
按照规定的监测方法测得的食物烹饪、加工过程中挥发的油脂、有机质及其加热分解或裂解的产物。
3.3
非甲烷总烃non-methanehydrocarbons
在HJ38标准规定的条件下,氢火焰离子化检测器上有响应的扣除甲烷以后的其他气态有机化合物
的总和(结果以碳计)。

对餐饮服务单位排放的油烟、非甲烷总烃的排放浓度和排放量进行连续、实时的自动监测所需全部
软硬件设备。
3.5
系统响应时间responsetime
从餐饮业油烟污染物在线监测设备采样探头通入标准气体的时刻起,到分析仪器示值达到标准气体
标称值90%的时刻止,中间的时间间隔。
注:包括管线传输时间和仪表响应时间。
4系统组成和功能要求
4.1系统组成
油烟污染物在线监测系统(OMS)由油烟监测模块、非甲烷总烃监测模块、数据采集与处理模块及
其他辅助模块组成(见图1)。
