前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规

定起草。

请注意本文件的某些内容可能涉及专利。本文件的发布机构不承担识别专利的责任。

本文件是DB43/T1508《青少年机器人培训》的第1部分。DB43/T1508已经发布了以下部分:

——第1部分培训机构等级划分与评定;

——第2部分青少年机器人能力等级划分与评定;

——第3部分教练员等级划分评定。

本文件代替DB43/T1508.3—2018《青少年机器人培训第3部分教练员等级划分与评定》,与

DB43/T1508.3—2018相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:

a)将标题和正文中的“教练员”改为“培训师”,去掉青少年机器人培训发展历史留下的痕迹,

适应新时期青少年科技培训的发展,并与相关国家标准和地方标准协调统一;

b)初级培训师无工作年限要求,评价项包括理论和实操考试、讲课视频和教学实践评价,课时不

足50学时,培训师的教学实践评价采取实习评价方式进行;

c)中级培训师要求工作2年以上,评价项包括理论和实操考试、讲课视频和教学实践评价,其中

后两项评价要求比初级高10分;

d)高级培训师要求评上中级2年以上,评价项包括理论和实操考试、讲课视频和综合能力评价,

实操考试成绩要求不低于70分,讲课视频要求不低于80分;

e)特级培训师要求评上高级2年以上,评价项包括综合能力评价和专业技巧评价(面试),其中,

综合能力评价要求比高级高10分;

f)理论知识考试分为基础搭建类、软件编程类和综合类,分别规定了初级、中级、高级的主要考

试内容、题型和分值;实际操作考试也分类规定了考试内容和评分要点;

g)讲课视频规定了评分项、分值和评分要点及要求;

h)教学实践评价、综合能力评价给出了具体的评分表;

i)专业技巧评价(面试)规定了具体内容及评分方法;

j)第4章评定方法按理论知识考试、实际操作考试、讲课视频评价、教学实践评价、综合能力评

价、专业技巧评价六个方面来组织内容,将原标准第5章考试范围及分值设置内容,调整到相关

考试内容中;

k)第5章改为评定流程,内容包括申请提交、等级评定和结果通报;

l)增加第6章等级评定单位要求,规定组织实施等级评定的单位的相关要求。

青少年机器人培训第3部分培训师等级划分与评定

1范围

本文件规定了青少年机器人培训的培训师的等级划分、评定条件、评定方法、评定流程,以及等级

评定单位要求。

本文件适用于对青少年机器人培训的培训师进行等级评定。

2规范性引用文件

本文件没有规范性引用文件。

3术语和定义

本文件没有需要界定的术语和定义。

4等级划分

青少年机器人培训的培训师从低到高分为四个等级,即从事青少年机器人培训的初级培训师、中级

培训师、高级培训师和特级培训师。

5评定条件

5.1基本条件

参加青少年机器人培训的培训师等级评定,应满足以下基本条件:

a)具有良好的思想政治素质和道德品质,为人正派,事业心强,热爱机器人培训培训师工作;

b)具备相关专业专科以上学历或相关专业培训合格;

c)具备机器人培训培训师基本素质,经过相关专业培训,胜任机器人培训培训师岗位;

d)以身作则,教书育人,无不当言行和打骂、体罚学生等违背师德的不良行为;

e)诚信守法,无不良记录。

f)申请评定中级培训师,需任职2年以上;

g)申请评定高级培训师,需评定为中级培训师2年以上;

h)申请评定特级培训师,需评定为高级培训师2年以上。

5.2各级别培训师评定条件

各级别培训师评定条件见表1。

注1:工作/任期年限,是指从事青少年机器人培训工作的年限或获得相应等级起的时间。例如,申报参加高级培

训师的等级评定,需在中级培训师任期(获得中级培训师资格)满2年。

注2:理论知识考试和实际操作考试,可常态化进行,考试成绩2年内有效(截止到提交申请时)。

6.1理论知识考试

6.1.1初级培训师
