前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规

定起草。

本文件代替GB/T18482—2010《可逆式抽水蓄能机组启动试运行规程》,与GB/T18482—2010

相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:

——更改了标准的适用范围,将可逆式抽水蓄能机组更改为可逆式抽水蓄能定速机组(见第1章,

2010年版的第1章);

——更改了术语和定义(见第3章,2010年版的第3章);

——将“总则”更改为“总体要求”,明确了启动试运行的工作程序(见第4章,2010年版的

第4章);

——将“设备分部调试及启动试运行前的检查”更改为“启动前准备”,删除了设备分部调试的内

容,增加了启动前应完成的工作和文件资料准备(见5.1、5.2,2010年版的6.1);

——增加了检查调速系统压力油罐事故低油压和事故低油位、导叶接力器全开行程和关闭时间及

机械过速动作和失电关闭导叶功能等要求(见5.3.3);

——增加了检查主进水阀压力油罐事故低油压和事故低油位、水压控制装置、工作密封与活门闭

锁功能及机械过速动作和失电关闭主进水阀功能等的要求(见5.3.4);

——增加了检查静态充气压水和回水排气试验的要求(见5.3.5.8);

——增加了检查高压油顶起装置交、直流泵切换功能及机械制动投入和退出故障模拟的要求

(见5.3.6);

——增加了检查静止变频器(SFC)小电流试验要求(见5.3.8);

——增加了检查电气一次、电气二次系统设备与其他机组隔离措施的要求(见5.3.9、5.3.10);

——增加了检查发电电动机气体灭火系统的要求(见5.3.11);

——更改了自用电切换试验的要求(见6.1.2,2010年版的15.5);

——增加了测量机组噪声的要求(见6.1.6);

——增加了检查机组出口开关、灭磁开关联动和拖动机组出口断路器在机组低频时应延时分闸动

作等要求(见6.2.2);

——增加了各工况轴承热稳定试验要求(见6.3.5、6.4.3、6.5.2、6.6.4、6.7.5);

——更改了抽水调相工况停机试验要求(见6.3.7,2010年版的10.7);

——增加了水泵断电、甩负荷试验前验证导叶接力器关闭时间和进行过渡过程计算等要求(见

6.4.3、6.6.3);

——增加了一管双机切泵试验(见6.4.3.10);

——增加了检查各转速开关量信号动作正常的要求(见6.5.2);

——更改了机组过速试验的要求(见6.5.3,2010年版的12.5);

——更改了空载工况下转速摆动相对值的要求(见6.5.4,2010年版的12.3.5);

——更改了发电电动机单相接地保护试验的要求,增加了注入式定子接地保护试验(见6.5.7,

2010年版的12.8.3);

——更改了投入励磁后机端电压的稳定性和超调量要求(见6.5.8,2010年版的12.9.4);

——更改了带主变短路升流要求(见6.5.9,2010年版的12.10.1.5);

——增加了发电工况一管双机甩负荷试验(见6.6.3.4);

——删除了变频器冷却系统试验、变频器功率部分和控制部分的检查试验(见2010年版的

9.1.2.1、9.1.2.2);

——增加了尾水系统充水试验(见附录C);

——更改了电站受电的要求(见附录D,2010年版的第7章);

——将“机组启动方式选择”更改为“机组首次启动方式选择”,并调整为资料性附录(见附录E,

2010年版的第5章);

——更改了机组振动和主轴摆度的要求(见附录F,2010年版的9.1.3.9)。

相工况试验、工况转换试验和涉网试验等。
