前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T9489—2008《刚玉粉化学分析方法》。与GB/T9489—2008相比,除结构调整
和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
a)增加了“警示”(见警示);
b)更改了“二氧化硅标准溶液”的浓度及配制过程容量瓶体积(见5.3.8,2008年版的5.3.8);
c)更改了“Ca、Mg”元素的火焰类型(见6.4.4,2008年版的6.4.4);
d)更改了原子吸收分光光度法中的“试液制备”(见6.5.1,2008年版的6.5.1);
e)更改了“硼砂﹘碳酸钠混合熔剂”的加入顺序(见7.5.1、,2008年版的7.5.1、
);
f)增加了二氧化硅标准溶液“放置温度”的要求(见9.5.1、);
g)更改了二氧化钛比色法的测定范围(见10.1,2008年版的10.1);
h)更改了“工作曲线的绘制”中二氧化钛标准溶液的移取体积(见10.5.1,2008年版的10.5.1)。

1范围
本文件描述了刚玉粉中三氧化二铝、氧化钙、氧化镁、二氧化硅、三氧化二铁、二氧化钛、氧化
钾、氧化钠、氯离子、碳和硫、pH值、烧失量的测定方法。
本文件适用于三氧化二铝含量(质量分数)不小于90%的刚玉粉的化学分析。

3术语和定义
本文件没有需要界定的术语和定义。
4总体要求
4.1配制溶液与分析过程中所用水的规格,应符合GB/T6682中规定的三级或三级以上的水。
4.2测定所用试剂,除另有注明外,纯度应优于分析纯。标定与配制标准溶液所用试剂应采用基准试
剂。用金属配制标准溶液时,其纯度应优于99.99%。
4.3分析所用的溶液除特殊指明溶剂外,均系水溶液。
4.4进行“恒重”试验操作时,应在相同温度下灼烧或烘干以及取出、干燥冷却、称重等步骤重复进
行至两次称量之差不大于0.0002g。
4.5标准滴定溶液的浓度以c(A)=mol/L
