前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规定
起草。
请注意本文件的某些内容可能涉及专利。本文件的发布机构不承担识别专利的责任。
本文件为DB43/T319—2006《水稻抗稻瘟病鉴定及评价方法》的修订版。本文件代替DB43/T319
—2006在水稻抗稻瘟病鉴定中参考使用。本文件与DB43/T319—2006相比,除编辑性修改外主要技术
内容变化如下:
——强调了苗叶瘟病级应取苗瘟与叶瘟中较重的病级;
——明确了穗瘟应包括穗颈瘟与枝梗瘟,并进一步对穗颈瘟与枝梗瘟进行了定义;
——调整了穗瘟调查时间,具体为黄熟初期(80%稻穗尖端谷粒成熟时);
——增加了苗期、成株期鉴定圃的田间品种布局方式各1种,鉴定单位可根据自身习惯选择其中一
种;
——规定了单穗病级分级调查时,先看发病部位、再看损失率,先调查穗颈瘟、再调查枝梗瘟,以
减少人为调查误差;
——将穗瘟单穗分级标准提前,穗瘟发病率及其病级可通过统计发病穗数与调查总穗数计算出,穗
瘟损失率及其病级可通过单穗病级及其对应损失率计算出;
——细化了穗瘟发病率分级标准,明确规定如为穗颈瘟的、1个病穗记为1个穗瘟发病,如为枝梗
瘟的、3个病穗记为1个穗瘟发病,增强了穗瘟发病率分级的合理性。
本文件的附录A为规范性附录,附录B为资料性附录。

1范围
本文件规定了水稻抗稻瘟病田间病圃鉴定与评价技术规程的术语和定义、鉴定方法、鉴定内容及调
查时期、病情调查与抗性评价分级方法及档案管理等技术要求。
本文件适用于湖南省内水稻品种抗稻瘟病鉴定评价和水稻抗稻瘟病种质资源筛选。水稻品种稻瘟病
抗性比较试验与主栽品种抗性监测也可参考。

3术语和定义
3.1
稻瘟病riceblastdisease
由稻瘟病菌(无性态:Pyriculariaoryzae;有性态:Magnaportheoryzae)侵染水稻所致的病害,在
田间病圃主要鉴定苗瘟、叶瘟、穗瘟三类。
3.2
苗瘟seedlingblastofrice
大田移栽前(6叶期以前)稻瘟病菌侵染秧苗叶片引起的病害。

叶瘟leafblastofrice
移栽后至分蘖末期稻瘟病菌侵染水稻叶片引起的病害。
3.4
穗瘟panicleblastofrice
抽穗后至成熟期,稻瘟病菌侵染穗颈或枝梗引起的病害,常导致白穗或结实率和千粒重降低,分为
穗颈瘟和枝梗瘟两类。穗颈瘟包括稻穗颈部或离穗颈
