前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规

定起草。

本文件代替GB/T33287—2016《语言培训服务评价》,与GB/T33287—2016相比,除结构调整和

编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:

a)更改了“评价原则”中“公正性”“规范性”“可靠性”“有效性”的内容(见4.1、4.3、4.4、4.5,2016

年版的4.1~4.4),增加了“科学性”的评价原则(见4.2);

b)将“评价要素”更改为“评价指标”,并更改了部分内容(见第5章,2016年版的第5章);

c)增加了“语言培训服务评价流程图”(见6.1);

d)将“确定评价目的”“确定评价范围”“确定评价区间”更改为“确定评价目的、范围”(见6.2,

2016年版的6.1.1~6.1.3);

e)将“确定评价指标”更改为“建立评价指标体系”(见6.3,2016年版的6.1.4);

f)增加了“制定评价指标取值规则”(见6.4);

g)将“形成评价方案”更改为“形成评价工作方案”(见6.5,2016年版的6.1.5);

h)将“采集数据”“加工数据”更改为“采集、评估、处理数据”(见6.6,2016年版的6.2.1);

i)更改了“计算评价分数”的内容(见6.7,2016年版的6.2.3);

j)将“形成评价结果”更改为“出具评价结果”(见6.8,2016年版的6.3);

k)更改了个人信息保护相关要求的表述(见6.8,2016年版的8.1.4、8.1.5);

l)增加了“取值规则”一章(见第7章)。
