前言
随着农用运输车的发展,农用运输车用发电机的年市场销量达到200多万台,为克服农用运输车用
发电机品种规格繁杂、通用化程度差的状况,特制定本标准。
JB/T8582.6—2001在《农用运输车发电机》总标题下,包括以下部分:
第1部分:交流发电机
第2部分:永磁恒压发电机
第3部分:飞轮发电机
第4部分:张紧轮发电机
本标准由全国农用运输车标准化技术委员会提出并归口。
本标准负责起草单位:国家农机具质量监督检验中心。
本标准参加起草单位:濮阳市天安机电有限公司、杰华机电(安徽)有限公司、武进市南方车辆电
机厂、洛阳拖拉机研究所、常州金和计算机设备制造有限责任公司。
本标准主要起草人:靳锁芳、王逊如、丁小水、殷勤兴、郭清臣、吴耀军。
本标准于2001年6月首次发布。

第1部分:交流发电机
Part1:Alternator
1范围
本部分规定了农用运输车用交流发电机(以下简称发电机)的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标
志、包装、运输及贮存。
本部分适用于农用运输车用交流发电机。
发电机工作时应与相应的电压调节器配合使用。工作时与蓄电池的联结方式为并联。

3技术要求
3.1发电机应符合本部分要求,并按经规定程序批准的图样及技术文件制造。
3.2发电机在下列条件下应能工作:
a)相对湿度不大于90%;
b)环境温度见表1。

3.3发电机安装尺寸应符合JB/T6700的规定。
3.4发电机外观及装配质量:
a)外表面应清洁,无油污和碰伤;
b)由黑色金属制造的零部件外露部分应具有镀层或漆层;
c)紧固件无松动;
d)旋转时无异常机械响声。
3.5镀层无锈蚀斑点、起皮或剥落。
3.6漆层质量:
a)漆层应均匀,无气泡、堆积和流痕;
b)漆层与被覆盖物结合牢固,当经受工作环境温度变化时应无皱缩、起层现象。
3.7发电机旋转方向,从驱动端视为顺时针方向,经用户与制造厂协商可制成逆时针方向,但必须在
发电机明显位置标示旋向箭头。
3.8发电机应制成单线制、负极搭铁,经用户与发电机制造厂协商也可制成双线制,但必须有表示极
性的明显标志。
3.9发电机为连续定额工作制。
3.10发电机的主要参数额定值应符合企业标准的规定,并规定配用电压调节器的型号。
3.11发电机电流–转速特性
3.11.1冷态性能应符合企业标准的规定。
3.11.2热态性能应符合表2的规定。

3.12整体式发电机调节器性能
3.12.1冷态调节电压应符合企业标准的规定。在额定转速、空载(无用电负载并断开蓄电池)运行时,
端电压不大于15V(14V发电机)及30V(28V发电机)。
3.12.2热态调节电压性能应符合表3的规定。
