市地方标准《城市雕塑工程建设质量技术规范》,编号为

该规范由北京市规划委员会归口管理,北京城��市雕塑建设管理
办公室负责具体解释工作。

前曰������
为了加强城市雕塑建设质量管理,特��编制本规范。
本规范根据北京市规划委员会标准编制计划要求��,由北京城市
雕塑建设管理办公室依据文化部和建设部联合颁布的《城市雕塑建
设管理办法》、北京市政府颁布的《北京市城市雕塑建设管理暂行规
定》以及相关国家和行业现行标准组织编制。
本规范以质量第一为原则,主要对城市雕��塑材质选择、制作工艺
和安装质量提出技术要求和检验标准,为北京城市雕塑建设的监制
和验收提供基本技术依据。
本规范由北京市规划委��员会归口管理,北京城市雕塑建设管理
办公室负责具体解释工作,标准日常管理机构为北京市建筑设计标
准化办公室。
本规范颁��布后,请各单位随时将有关意见和建议反馈给北京城
