引言
助听器在实际使用中的性能,与按EIC60118一0和EIC60118一7确定的性能可能明显不同,其原因
在于不同的人耳有不同的声学条件和藕合特性。因此,要使助听器选配合适,测量方法需考虑到不同佩
戴者的耳的藕合特性和对助听器性能的影响,就非常重要。这种测量方法己为大家所熟知,称作“真耳
测量”,它不时在不太理想的声环境下以临床方式进行。在这种条件下作的测量的准确度和重复性,与
声场、测试环境、测试信号特性、受试助听器、测试信号控制方法、声源位置和数据的采集、分析及表示,
还与佩戴者的许可的动作,有复杂的关系。
本标准详细规定了进行助听器真耳声特性测量的测试环境和方法,规定了必要的受试者参考点和
声场参考点,定义了所要用到的名词术语。

声学助听器真耳声特性的测量方法
范围
本标准规定了助听器真耳声特性的测量方法和要求,目的是为在按照本标准所述的方法和采用符
合EIC61669要求的设备的条件下,保证对给定的助听器和人耳所作的测量有基本相同的结果。
助听器真耳声特性的测量,采用非线性的或分析处理的技术,结果只对所用的测试信号和测试条件
有效。测量应按照助听器制造商的建议进行,因为制造商可能要求使用本标准规定以外的特殊的测试
信号或测试条件。
