本文件规定了移动式聚餐餐饮服务的术语和定义、分类、场所与布局、设施与设备、原料采购、运

输、验收、贮存与配送、餐具、用具清洗消毒、聚餐过程管理、人员要求、食品安全管理、宴席结束的

本文件适用于移动式餐饮服务企业提供的聚餐服务活动。
