静电控制水平的物理量。

示例:对地电阻、表面电阻、静电电压。

静电控制参数实时监控系统real⁃timemonitoringsystemofelectrostaticcontrolparameter

具有现场静电控制参数(3.1)采集、数据上传、存储、分析、处理、展示和控制等功能的系统。

监控终端monitoringterminal

在静电控制参数实时监控系统(3.2)中,用于现场数据采集和/或处理的装置。

管理平台managementplatform

在静电控制参数实时监控系统(3.2)中,用于完成系统配置、数据存储、数据分析、数据处理、数据

4.1概述

通过下列方式实现静电管控。

a)静电起电控制,包括:

1)控制材料的电阻率、产品的电阻等参数;

2)控制与起电相关的工艺和环境参数,如环境温湿度、动作(流动)速率和静置时间等;
