前言
本标准修改采用国际标准ISO13855:2002《机械安全与人体部位接近速度相关防护设施的定
位))(英文版)。
本标准根据ISO13855:2002重新起草,其结构和内容与ISO13855:2002一致,但按照我国标准的
编写规则对国际标准做了编辑性修改。本标准与ISO13855:2002的主要差异如下:
—取消了国际标准前言;
—对国际标准的引言进行了部分修改;
—对第2章中引用的相关国际标准,已转化成我国国家标准的均直接引用相应的国家标准;
—取消了附录C,附录C列出了一些国际标准与欧洲标准的对应关系,对于理解本标准的作用不
大,故予以取消。
本标准的附录A和附录B都是资料性附录。
本标准由全国机械安全标准化技术委员会((SAC/T208)提出并归口。
本标准起草单位:机械科学研究院中机生产力促进中心。
本标准主要起草人:陈建民、宁燕、聂北刚、李勤。

引言
一定类型的防护设施减小风险的有效性,在一定程度上与其被正确配置在有关危险区设施的相关
部件有关。在确定这类配置时,通常还要考虑到下列因素:
—识别危险和评价风险的需要;
—使用者的实际经验,包括事故统计和现行的国家标准;
—技术现状和今后可能的发展;
—一所使用的设施类型;
—所用防护设施的响应时间;
防护设施动作后使机器达到安全状态,例如停机状态所需的时间;
人体各部位的生物力学和人体测量数据
—人体部位从危险区附近传感装置或致动装置移开时所取的路径;
—在装置和危险区间有人的可能性;
—未发觉接近危险区的可能性。
如果上述各方面进一步扩展,在本标准中所反映的技术现状亦应予以改进。
本标准给出的指导所依据的前提,要通过恰当引用C类标准和通过完成风险评价选用恰当的
装置。
在实施时,计算得出的距离应为人员接近危险区面临的风险提供足够的保护,这类风险会由任何一
种机械危险产生,如挤压、剪切、切割或割断、缠绕、吸人或陷人、摩擦或磨损、刺穿或扎穿以及撞击等
本标准未覆盖针对由固态或液态材料喷射引起的机械危险和由诸如毒物的泄漏泄放、电、辐射等引
起的非机械性危险所形成风险的防护。
如果本标准用于非工业目的,设计者应该考虑到这些数据是基于工业实践经验的。
本标准是基于成人的速度和较低的探测指数制定的,在有关场合,为了计算儿童可能触及的距离,
只有取得儿童接近速度方面的具体数据才行

范围
本标准提供了基于人的手臂数据与接近速度所得到的参数,并提供了确定从防护装置的传感器或
致动装置到危险区最小距离的方法。
这些特定装置是:
a)GB/T15706.1-1995中3.23.5所规定的自动停机装置(特别是电敏防护装置、压敏垫),包括
用来辅助触发运行的那些装置。
b)GB/T15706.1-1995中3.23.4所规定的并在GB/T19671-2005中所包含的双手操纵
装置。
注:本标准将单手致动的止动控制装置不视为防护设施。
本标准不适用于拟在小于计算距离的危险区旁,不借助工具移动的防护设施,如悬吊式双手控制
装置。
根据本标准所得到的最小距离不适用于在一个已具有防护装置或电敏式防护装置的防护区域中探
测是否有人存在的防护设施。
