3.1

钉扎效应pinningeffect

铁磁性材料内部的晶界、缺陷、夹杂和应力等对畴壁运动的束缚作用。

3.2

力⁃磁耦合效应magneto⁃mechanicaleffect

应力⁃应变对铁磁性材料磁化过程的影响规律。

3.3

应力集中stressconcentration

被检工件局部区域的最大应力值高于平均应力值的现象。

4原理

4.1矫顽力

矫顽力是磁畴壁运动钉扎效应的量化反映,矫顽力检测结果与被检工件自身的微观组织密切相

关,如体心立方晶体结构、合金元素掺杂、晶粒细化、第二相析出与位错增殖等均会使矫顽力升高;也受

被检工件的物理属性影响,如相同材质壁厚越小,矫顽力越大;同时被检工件的载荷工况也会产生显著
