3术语和定义

本文件没有需要界定的术语和定义。

4要求

4.1结构及样式

警鞋礼服女皮鞋(以下简称“礼服女皮鞋”)采用胶粘工艺成型,帮面为内鞋耳、系带式结构,鞋口为

软口。礼服女皮鞋帮面采用经淋漆工艺处理的黑色头层黄牛帮面革,衬里为浅黄色鞋里革与浅黄色超

细纤维透气革,内底为麻纤维板,外底为橡胶成型底。礼服女皮鞋外观样式应符合图1及主管部门批

准的实物标样。

4.2号型规格

4.2.1礼服女皮鞋规定了从220~260共9个常用的号型尺寸,楦型为一型半和二型。以235号为例,

235一型半表述为“235/一型半”,235二型表述为“235/二”。超出常用号型,可根据需要按号型等差增

加。各号型楦型尺寸应符合附录A的规定。

4.2.2礼服女皮鞋常用号型成品尺寸应符合表1的规定。

4.3主要材料

鞋用主要材料规格、要求及用途应符合表2的规定。

干摩擦色牢度大于或等于4级;

湿摩擦色牢度大于或等于3级;

pH:4.0~8.5;

黑色超细纤维革厚度0.5mm~0.7mm统口里见标样

其余指标应符合QB/T1873的规定

(不含规定负荷伸长率、涂层耐折牢

度、崩破强度、崩裂高度、有害物质

限量)

应符合QB/T2680中头层革的规定

后帮里、鞋舌猪、牛、羊皮革

浅黄色鞋里革厚度0.5mm~0.7mm(不含规定负荷伸长率),限量物质应

里、内垫均可,见标样

符合4.8的规定,颜色应符合标样

耐磨性能:500次无破损;

浅黄色超细纤维其余指标应符合QB/T2680中头层后跟里绒面向

厚度0.5mm~0.7mm后跟里

透气革革的规定(不含规定负荷伸长率、外,见标样
