引言
有机农业是指遵循特定的农业生产原则,在生产中不采用基因工程获得的生物及其产物,不使用化
学合成的农药、化肥、生长调节剂、饲料添加剂等物质,遵循自然规律和生态学原理,协调种植业和养
殖业的平衡,采用一系列可持续的农业技术以维持持续稳定的农业生产体系的一种农业生产方式。有机
产品是指按照GB/T19630.1、GB/T19630.2、GB/T19630.3、GB/T19630.4标准要求,进行生产、加
工、标识与销售、管理的供人类消费、动物食用的产品。有机产品需获得有机产品认证机构认证并通过
审查。
本标准适用于有机菜心苗的生产。但本标准不具备对有机菜心苗菜品进行认证的职能,不承担相关
认证的责任。

1范围
本标准规定了有机苋菜苗生产的术语和定义、产地环境、整地施肥、播种、田间管理、病虫害防治、
采收、采后处理、运输配送、产品追溯、质量控制、档案管理等。
本标准适用于有机苋菜苗的生产。

3术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本标准。
3.1
苗菜seedling
专指利用蔬菜种子或营养繁殖器官作为播种材料,在露地或保护地设施条件下生产出的以苗期幼嫩
植株地上部分供食用的一类蔬菜。
3.2
转换期conversionperiod
从按照GB/T19630.1标准开始管理至生产单元和产品获得有机认证之间的时段。
3.3
缓冲带bufferzone

在有机和常规地块之间有目的设置的、可明确界定的用来限制或阻挡邻近田块的禁用物质漂移的过
渡区域。
3.4
投入品input
在有机生产过程中采用的所有物质或材料。
3.5
内部检查员internalinspector
有机产品生产、加工、经营组织内部负责有机管理体系审核,并配合有机认证机构进行检查、认证
工作的管理人员。
3.6
产品追溯producttracing
根据供应链前段的记录,来确定供应链中特定个体或产品批次来源的能力。追溯产品的目的包括产
品召回和顾客投诉调查等。
4产地环境
4.1产地选择
4.1.1宜选择生产过有机认证蔬菜或经过转换期后的生产单元作为有机苋菜苗生产基地,生产基地应
远离城区、工矿区、交通主干线、工业污染源、生活垃圾场等。
4.1.2有机苋菜苗生产基地的转换期至少为播种前的24个月,转换期内应按照GB/T19630.1的要求
进行管理。
4.1.3新开垦的、撂荒36个月以上的或有充分证据证明36个月以上未使用GB/T19630.1禁用物质的
地块,也应经过至少12个月的转换期。
4.1.4处于转换期的地块,如果使用了有机生产中禁止使用的物质,应重新开始转换。当地块使用的
禁用物质是当地政府机构为处理某种病害或虫害而强制使用时,可以
定制服务
