本标准规定了机动车驾驶人路考系统(以下简称路考系统)的要求、检验方法、检验规则、标志、标签
和包装
本标准规定的路考系统可适用于以下考试车型:大型客车、牵引车、城市公交车、中型客车、大型货
车、小型汽车、小型自动挡汽车。

术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本标准
3.1
机动车驾驶人路考系统driverroad-examinationsystem
机动车驾驶人路考系统(即机动车驾驶人道路驾驶技能计算机自动监控考试系统)是对机动车驾驶
人道路驾驶技能考试过程进行自动监控和成绩管理的系统。
路考系统一般由场地设备、车载设备、主控设备组成。主控设备通过有线或无线的方式实现与场地
设备和车载设备之间的数据交换
3.2
考场examinationfield
对应于不同考试车型,符合公安部令第71号((机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》中机动车驾驶人道路
驾驶技能考试(以下简称科目三考试)要求的考试场地
3.3
桩杆stakepole
用于标示侧方停车位和限速通过限宽门考试项目中库位立杆和门悬杆位置的标志杆。
3.4
标线markings
用以标示考场边线的地面标志线
3.5
桩杆回位时间timeforstakepolereturningtooriginalposition
碰擦桩杆使桩杆一端离开原位,然后放开桩杆让其自由回位,从放开至静止所花时间为桩杆回位
时间。
3.6
路考系统主要设备primaryequipmentsofvehicledriverroad-examinationsystem
路考系统主要设备(以下简称主要设备)包括控制单元、检测单元和传输单元等。
4要求
1正常工作条件
环境温度:一250C~十600C;
相对湿度:镇95;
能见度:妻100m;
风力:毛6级。
2外观要求
各部件外表面应光洁、平整,不应有凹痕、划伤、裂缝、变形等缺陷。
各部件应完好,操作灵活、可靠,无松动或卡滞现象。

金属机壳表面应有防锈、防腐蚀涂镀层,涂镀层不应有起泡、龟裂、脱落和磨损现象。
金属零部件表面不应有锈蚀。
路考系统及主要设备均应有清晰的铭牌,铭牌应标明设备名称、型号、制造企业名称、出厂编号、出
厂日期。
开关、按钮、插座及接线端子等处应有文字或符号标志。
4.3桩杆、标线尺寸要求
4.3.1桩杆直径
桩杆直径应不小于20mm、不大于40mm.
4.3.2桩杆长度
桩杆长度应比考试机动车高度长600mm以上。
4.3.3标线宽度
标线宽度应不小于50mm、不大于100mm。标线中心应位于考场边线。
4.3.4停车桩杆线
停车桩杆线宽度为200mm
4.4桩杆回位时间
碰擦桩杆使桩杆离开原位500mm时,桩杆回位时间应不大于20so
4.5电气部件要求
4.5.,电源
场地设备和主控设备额定电压:AC220V.50Hz或AC380V,50Hz.
车载设备额定电压:由制造企业根据实际情况自行选择。
4.5.2电气保护装置
路考系统和主要设备应安装过载、漏电和短路保护装置。
路考系统应安装防雷装置。
主要设备应使用快速熔断器来保护内部电路
4.5.3接地端子
主要设备应设有专门的保护接地端子,接地端子与大地应有效连接。
路考系统的机箱、电路单元、电路单元固定支架、固定螺栓、承载AC220V和AC380V电压部件
的外壳等金属零部件均应与保护接地端子连接并应保证各部件的接地连续性。
防雷装置的接地线不能直接与保护接地端子连接,安装时应单独接人大地。接地母线应采用铜质
线,且不应与强电的零线相接
4.5.4导线
导线应具备有效保护、保证导线不会接触到易引起导线绝缘部分损伤的部件。当导线需穿越金属
孔时,金属穿线孔应进行倒角,不得有锋利的边缘,导线应装有衬套。
所有接线应布置整齐并使用线夹、电缆套、电缆卷或管道进行固定,线束内的导线应编扎牢固并明
确标识,走线安排应保证任何接线总成的拆除不会影响到与该总成无关的线缆。
4.6功能要求
4.6.1考试成绩判定、显示和打印
4.6.1.1路考系统应能自动检测并及时识别、判定表1中所列的项目
M考系统对表1所列项目讲行自动检测和识别、判定时,检测精度应达到表1中规定的要求。
