本试验方法旨在对有腐蚀防护和没有腐蚀防护的某金属材料在暴露于盐雾后所维持的状态进行质量比较验证。
本试验方法适用于评估保护金属免受腐蚀的涂层的质量及其均匀性,尤其适用于检测某些金属涂层、有机涂层、阳极氧化膜以及转化膜的不连续性,如气孔和其他缺陷。

前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件是GB/T2423的第17部分。GB/T2423已经发布的部分见附录NA。
本文件代替GB/T2423.17—2008《电工电子产品环境试验第2部分:试验方法试验Ka:盐
雾》,与GB/T2423.17—2008相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
a)更改了“范围”内容(见第1章,2008年版的第1章);
b)增加了“概述”(见第4章);
c)“盐雾”更改为“盐溶液”,并更改了内容(见第5章,2008年版的第3章);
d)更改了“试验设备”内容(见第6章,2008年版的第2章);
e)增加了“试样”一章(见第7章);
f)在“预处理”一章中将“注”的内容调整为正文内容(见第9章,2008年版的第5章);
g)增加了“试样的安置”一章(见第10章);
h)“条件试验”更改为“运行条件”,并更改了内容(见第11章,2008年版的第6章);
i)增加了“试验持续时间”一章(见第12章);
j)“相关规范中应给出的细节”更改为“相关规范应给出的信息”,并更改了内容(见第15章,
2008年版的第10章);
k)更改了“试验报告”内容(见第16章,2008年版的第9章)。
本文件等同采用IEC60068﹘2﹘11:2021《环境试验第2﹘11部分:试验方法试验Ka:盐雾》。
本文件做了下列最小限度的编辑性改动:
—为与现有标准协调,将标准名称改为《环境试验第2部分:试验方法试验Ka:盐雾》;
—增加了附录NA(资料性)“GB/T2423的组成部分”。

引言
GB/T2423系列标准包括了环境试验及其严酷等级的基础信息,用于评定试样在预期的贮存、运输
以及各种使用环境下的环境适应性。在该系列标准中,每个文件分别介绍了一组试验和应用。
GB/T2423系列标准旨在为产品规范制定者和产品试验者提供一系列统一且可重复的气候、机械和综合
等环境试验,并包含了测量和试验用标准大气条件。
1981年以来,GB/T2423系列标准先后有50余项文件发布实施,现行GB/T2423标准48项,其中
40项采用IEC60068﹘2系列标准。现行GB/T2423系列标准组成部分详见附录NA。
本文件规定的试验目的在于比较电工设备、部件和材料抗盐雾腐蚀的能力。
